The whole buying of the new car at EA Car Sales and agreeing a very fair part exchange valuation for old car was carried out in a very relaxed atmosphere. The vehicle was serviced and the mot carried by the agreed delivery date. Since collection the vehicle has been a pleasure to drive.

On the face of it, the vehicles look good, but many have underlying issues! Many are bought from a large dealer who get all the problematic part exs.. I bought a vehicle from EA Car Sales which went kaput after a short time. Their warranty isn’t worth the paper its written on, and once they have your money not bery helpful. Very suspicious about all the better reviews!

When I initially contacted EA car sales about the purchase of a 15 year old VW camper, Jo couldn't do enough to help accommodate my needs. We went down and test drove the van and they were very honest and not at all pushy. The van had a couple of known issues that they needed to fix which they pulled all the stops out to fix in time for us to pick it up in time for our holiday. We have subsequently had a turbo failure which even though the warranty wouldn't cover, they didn't hesitate to sort out. Many thanks to the team. A well deserved 5 star review.

EA Car Sales is a very good family business, we drove our 2006 Avondale out of the garage about 3 weeks ago, we've already used it twice and are now planning our retirement road trip! They have sorted out the niggles, the last work on the shower tray was completed today and its fine. Nice family, nice business. Definitely trustworthy. ps I did duck when I went under the bridge!

This is just the start! EA Car Sales will be inundated with bad write ups now from family and friends with regard to your appalling treatment of Philippa and I over the issues we have with the camper you sold us. The vehicle broke down after only 2000 miles, our holiday plans are in ruin and you are not in the least interested in sorting the problem out. We are disgusted! I am seeking legal advice so look forward to you having to make some compensation.

We bought our camper from EA Car sales and waited to review until after our first trip away in her. Although the service we received during the purchse, we had been bitten before by a different company, so were understandably wary. No need! We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. Everything they said would be carried out before collection was done ie service, habitation check. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you so much.
