I recently purchased a Honda Civic from E&E Car Sales, and overall, I'm satisfied with the level of service I received. One aspect that stood out was when they went the extra mile to send someone to the post office to tax the car for me, as I couldn't do it online due to a delay in receiving the V5. Upon arriving home, I noticed there was no locking wheel nut. However, when I brought it to their attention, they promptly fitted a new one without any hassle. While I would have given them 5 stars for their service, there has been a slight delay in sending over some additional paperwork I'm supposed to receive. Nevertheless, I appreciate their transparency and communication throughout the process, and I would definitely consider returning to them in the future.

E& E Car Sales were recommended by my finance company and I understand why the staff were great, even went out of there way and gave me a lift - which I'm sure they don’t normally do,Honestly I couldn’t fault them in any way, as a company I found them to be professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and the car I have purchased from them is my fantastic BMW I3 which is running great and im really enjoying it. I was in need for a upgrade and after my great experience with E & E a while back, I knew exactly where I was heading! This time around yet again the staff were very helpful and not pushy at all, they helped me in picking the Vauxhall Mokka which I couldn't be happier with.
