AVOID EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE AT ALL COSTS! The company mislead me into a car & contract that was meant to be £400 a month and i am now left with a car that has gone up to £650 a month. No one at the company is complying and helping me to resolve this situation. If anyone else is having any problems please get in touch with me. Disgusting that i am now in a situation where my credit rating has gone down and left with a car i should not be in.

The cars at Eagle Automotive are all no good. They don’t settle your finance. The car you buy will likely still have finance on it despite them pretending to have paid it off. About as crooked as you can get.

Be VERY careful of this car dealership. They have taken our car as part exchange and although they pretended to pay off the outstanding finance they have not so we still have finance but no car. They are now refusing to answer our calls and emails. Eagle Automotive are utterly dishonest

Eagle Automotive sold me my car and also to someone else. i accepeted and signed all the finance, and was told a day before to picking it up, they no longer have it. they showed no remorse and kept saying they would call me back in '2 mins' to then an hour later still no phone call, i ended up calling back to have the guy say 'i dont know what to say' my reply was what are you going to do about it? - NEVER USE THEM .

Very un organised , say one thing and do the other - would not recommend Eagle Automotive.
I purchased a bmw 430d m sport from Eagle Automotive.. they had a few bmw' s to chose from. Ant the sales person was not pushy at all he didn't really do a lot of talking, he took me on a long test drive I knew I was going to buy it so thanks ant great guy not the average salesman very professional. I also had to arrange finance Tommy done all that and got me a fantastic deal which is easily affordable so I thank him too. Everyone else I met all very nice people and helped me got what I wanted so thank you eagle automotive maybe in a few years I will be going back to view the stock they have
I wouldn't recommend Eagle Automotive, from start to finish they have been disorganised and unprofessional. The car was advertised at the time of sale as having recently been serviced and MOT'd, neither of which were true. They have since provided me with the incorrect spare key for my car and aren't responding to my emails.

Throughout the sales process Eagle Automotive were knowledgeable, friendly and professional, I can't really rate the after sales as I haven't had a single reason to contact the dealership since as my Mercedes has been faultless. They're worth 5 stars but never like to give full marks as nobody is perfect.
