Bought a car here and the service from Ross and the team was great. Nothing was too much trouble as i was kept informed of all progress and work being done. Would highly recommend them.

Several visits now and it just gets better, I had to buy a car in a hurry after the previous expired very suddenly, test drove several, Arnold Clark's and other Subaru dealers, and was surprised that a small family run dealership was by far the better car and better deal. Only thing I could find to moan about was a squeaky front brake that developed and me braking the USB port, how dealerships respond to issues is the best critique, they replaced the entire brake set up, gave me a courtesy car while they did and fixed the USB port that I broke, no fuss and beyond my expectation, others would have just deglazed the pads, I know because I phoned and asked them so I'm pretty impressed.

Eaglesham Garage charged me a significant amount more than what was quoted for doing my brakes, as they ran into trouble performing the work. Mind you, charging me labour for replacing discs and pads even when they couldn't manage the discs without a potential 3 more hours effort, plus charging me for labour above and beyond the quote for replacing the caliper was taking the mick. I ended up paying in labour double the cost for rear pads and a caliper what I was quoted for rear pads and discs. Thats double the cost of discs and pads for just pads and a caliper. Would have to pay 3 hours more labour at least to have the discs done too they said. Not happy. Especially when I'd seen the teenagers at work on the car.

Had a terrible experience with this garage. Would advise people avoid it as dealing with their service advisor was one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve yet to experience.

Eaglesham garage ltd are good a certain things but unfortunately cannot carry off THOUROUGH QUALITY SERVICE they have managed to fix one problem but create another each time. They are trying but have the uncanny knack of getting ONE aspect wrong with escalating costs (to the customer) first problem I BOUGHT VEHICLE and it wasn't as described it never had a rear reversing warning..OOPS iT was then Serviced prior to delivery and they serviced the noisy rear brake drum. . The shoe was badly worn and in an emerbency the piston came out so far total brake failure.OOPS,.. Then because I needed an oil change and wanted as little downtime from my vehicle in the bad weather I took it back, Yes they washed it, did the oil and filter change washed it again and THEN... parked it somewhere I could not fail to hit their little metle barrier with my bumper on the way out so now I have bodywork damage to sort.OOPS Their Garage is cramped and they have the diagnostic tools and skilled workforce and polite sales-Staff BUT put in a little thoughtlessness and they ruin the whole Event. so one star guys.... and I wont be back.NEXT TIME ..oh THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME..

Disgusting and inexperienced staff at eaglesham garage and to top it off they talk one lot of bull! Not going into too much detail but this garage and the management are what you call a joke, constantly lying to customers always messing things up and can never stick to a deadline. Don't know why the place gets that much business, o'h wait it does from all the locals within eaglesham that are probably brainwashed by a waste of space sales executive. needs to have check at how it's ran and how they treat people. For a small garage by god they sure know how to take the mick , most certainly will not be returning and will not be recommending eaglesham garage.
