DID NOT SEND REG DOCUMENTS, WARRANTY DOCS. CAR HAD DONE 4000 MILES MORE THAN ADVERTISED. SAID EXCELLENT SERVICE HISTORY IN ADVERT, HAD MISSED THE LAST THREE SERVICES. ONLY FOUND THIS OUT AFTER PAYING AND HAVING IT DELIVERECDUE TO COVID. POOR,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Nice selection of cars, enquired about one seen on their website, got a response same day, questions answered, needed a few little bits sorting as only just arrived in stock. Finance was organised and set in 2 hours. Car was ready 2 days later as agreed, in condition described/sorted out as promised. Quick handover (little rushed) and on my way. Happy with purchase so far, no major issues. ( 28 / 03 / 2021 )
The car took a little time to get out so we did wait a while, but the person who dealt with us was very lovely, friendly and patient as our bank transfer was taking a long time. I also got a really good price for the car.

When I initially enquired about the Mercedes E Class, Adam was there straight away with his excellent customer skills and made the process very " easy " for me. Nothing was too much of a problem to him and me and I have found someone in this market that I can trust. Very friendly and polite however some issues you need to be aware of. The test drive is with a person even with COVID restrictions, they don't wear masks!!. The test drive is round back streets so you cannot really get a feel for the car. I managed to get a 100 meter run on a 40mph duel carriageway but again not ideal. Some issues needed dealing with with the car, a bad paint mark blemish and the inside of the trim repair. The paint repair was appalling and only noticed once collected and returned home which was 80 miles away. Contacted and was informed a manager would phone me. They never did I had to chase, They only refunded a trade price for the paintwork of £70 and to have this done local to me was £180, so out of pocket and the inconvenience. I asked to be notified when payment was made, again never happened. Car developed a fault light and tried to activate the warranty which they told me was RAC on purchase. RAC had not record, again after lots of phone calls managed to establish they had changed warranty supplier. Details for that were quick, but its not something I should have had to chase. The warranty is limited to £40 per hour labour and set hours for tasks, this means you will no doubtable be paying extra. My fault only appeared a week after purchase so realistically I would have expected no payment at all. When I was checking tyres on arriving home found a massive discrepancy with tyre pressures, one rear was 10lb over inflated and the valve on the front tyre was faulty and this not holding pressure (This was obvious on attempted inflation) I got this fixed at my own cost as I could not be bothered with trying to contact them again after previous issues. Car was not a cheap car £37000 and I expect better for that.
