I want to give 5 stars because the process was smooth, the seller was very nice and friendly, And when I was concerned about how many days it would take for the new logbook to arrive, they (the customer service) responded positively and effectively.

I’ve owned the car for about a month now and have noticed a few things I need to keep an eye on. For example, the parking sensors on the left side sometimes go off even when there’s nothing there. Occasionally, while driving, everything seems fine, but then a warning light will come on asking me to check the bonnet. Lastly, there’s an issue with the brakes: they were mentioned at the point of sale, and I was told the noise was due to the car sitting unused for a while, but the brakes are still making the same noise. Other than these issues, everything else has been great, the car drives smoothly.

I don't see any reason not to give 5 stars because it was a very smooth process. I wasn't at the dealership myself because my father handled it all, but he had no complaints and said it went well. Nothing major has gone with the car but there are a couple of small things about the car but overall it's running perfectly, it's a great car.

Absolutely love the BMW X5 – I use it daily and it’s been spot on. The customer service was great, no pressure at all. We travelled a fair way and they made us feel really welcome when we arrived. We looked around the car with no issues, they did everything we wanted and answered all our questions. Can’t fault them. Would’ve given 6 stars if they knocked a bit off the price.

First time visiting Easy Carz and I think everything went well. It was a smooth process and for the time I was at the dealership, there wasn't any pressure from the team. For now the Volvo is going good and running well.

Very happy. We arrived at the end of the day and the young lad was helpful and tried to get everything sorted as quickly as he could.

No problems with my Audi A3 mechanically. Just a small issue with the door handle, everything’s been great and it’s welcomed upgrade from my old car. The handle issue wasn't covered under warranty, but fortunately I was able to sort it. Customer service has been really good throughout, no problems at all. Very happy

Very pleased with my Audi Q5, it’s in excellent condition and running perfectly. No issues at the moment. I did have to change the oil shortly after getting it, but everything else has been perfect. The team was amazing throughout the process. I had a few questions about the log book after the purchase and called them a couple of times. They kept me updated and everything arrived in the end, just as promised.

We arrived at their car park (showroom !) on the website it was a show room ! The car was dirty but looked ok. We test drove the car and bought it with a so called warranty for 3 months, 3 days later we broke down ! The battery was dead and had to be replaced. they didn`t reply to my emails, they completely ignored me so did Auto Warranties Select. We paid for a new battery £140, It was the AA that negotiated a part payment of £81 with Easy Carz who then told us to talk to Auto Warranties Select who just made things more stress than the £82 was worth so we gave up. Not a lot of money I know, we spent £11,700 on the car and after 3 days thought they would be more helpful but they fobbed us off. If you had a problem that cost a lot of money i don`t rate your chances of getting anywhere with this company

Great service, very welcoming on arrival. Answered any questions we had. Lovely car. Very accommodating in making sure the care was ready for us to collect on a certain day. Very impressed.
