Easy Drive Cars were patronising, degrading staff who once has your money doesn't care about your safety in one of his "safety checked" cars. Took months to get a refund. Stay well away!!!
Regret buying a car from this company, after sales service DOES NOT EXIST, NEVER RETURNS CALLS, Absolutely Disgraceful. Still waiting to be refunded for a "under warranty" job that we paid for to have repaired.

Terrible! Awful aftercare. Very unhelpful. Within 5 weeks of having our car it had broken down numerous times and needed a lot of things replaced! They were not interested. Total lack of communication and when they finally did respond it was in a rude insulting manor. Had to chase them for money owed to us. 5 weeks of being ignored then told twice he cheque was in the post (which never turned up) we finally got it! Seriously regret buying from them!

the reason for breakdown they forgot to tell you they put petrol in a diesel car how does that work then..................
This is the second BMW x5 I have bought from this garage, and I have found both cars superb, and the staff exceptionally friendly and easy to do business with. I had a couple of early problems that were easily and efficiently dealt with. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

This company advertise "guaranteed credit" based on your financial circumstances, collect your information and then don't respond and in fact when they do they are both insulting and evasive. Personally, this is the type of business that give the car industry a bad name. I would recommend people to avoid Easy Drive Cars Ltd.

Buy a car from Easy Drive Cars on finance and make sure you get the trade in price on the finance document or if not you will be out of pocket and any faults when you go and look at the car at this dealership will still have them. Save your time and money and go to main dealer at least you have some comeback.
