again these guys have gone above and beyond to get me the car i wanted and I have to admit I've been a bit of a pain but john the sales manager has been absolutely brilliant I purchased a low mileage xf jaguar 6 months ago I had it only for 4 months when it was written off on a mini roundabout the car was an absolute dream and I was devastated wen insurers wrote it off as it was like a brand new car even though it was 10 years old. As soon as I was paid out I went back to ESC and they had an xe r sport it was petrol I wanted diesel like the previous one but I bought it and John said if I didn't get on with the car they would take it back if they got another diesel one. True to his word they sourced an xe diesel with only 14k miles on it. They exchanged the petrol one for the diesel and gave me some money back in the process as the one I exchanged was older not that age matters with these guys all of their cars are mint and low mileage I have now had 3 of their cars and they have all been mint I have bought many cars but never had such great service, if you're in the marked I seriously recommend you go look at their cars for quality and service you will not find better if you do i will eat all of my hats and I got a few of them. Seriously go look for yourselves if you want quality and good after care service.”

I purchased my Skoda Yeti here 2 months ago, Frid 13 th and I experience various warning lights and took the car in at 13.15 hrs . Saw Alix and Gavin, Gavin soon diagnosed the problem ordered the part required, fitted and job completed by 14.45 hrs, Unbelievable service and done in a kind competent courteous manner.Cannot praised the exceptional service enough.

I don’t know the first thing about cars while I have been looking for my daughter’s car. I came across this garage & all I can say is wow what a service.
I took my dad with me as I didn’t want the usual hard sell that you get with your typical car sales garages when a woman walks in (which is what was happening with other garages), but I really would have been fine if I went alone with this garage.
Gavin was professional, honest, no hard sell, no hidden costs, explained everything, went through every bit of paperwork. Honestly I would recommend Gavin and his garage. Walked away with a lovely mini. Thank you Gavin, I can’t tell you how grateful I am!

I’m very impressed with the service this company gave. They made a fair offer for my car on Motorway. They had then paid for and collected my car within a few days. Communication was excellent and Craig was friendly. Despite travelling over 170 miles to get my car he was bang on time! I definitely use this company again!

This was a return visit. I thought my first visit couldn’t be topped, but it was. Craig, Gavin, Mathew and Andy were all brilliantly helpful without being pushy. Cars are beautifully clean, well kept and all questions answered. I bought a car..I will review again in a few months to comment on how well it’s been.
