I was very pleased with the excellent service I received when recently purchasing my Focus ST. I travelled from Somerset to purchase/collect the car and on arrival found the salesman to be incredibly helpful and professional. On returning home, having had the car for a couple of weeks, I experienced a problem with a sensor on the car and on speaking to Craig, he quickly arranged for a garage local to me to rectify the problem which was all covered under warranty. I could not have asked for more. I'm glad I made the journey to purchase my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Sold us a car (wouldn't negotiate on price so we payed full price) on the way home lights came on on the dashboard, after taking it straight to a garage to see what was wrong we found it had several faults with the engine, an oil leak, bald tyres and wheels weren't balanced. We phoned John who told us to bring back the car and he would repair it, 60 miles driven to return the car. The car was returned a second time with the same tyres and still leaking oil, it went back again. A THIRD time this car came back to us (excited to have my birthday present back in time, finally!) It was dropped off and we got in and drove it round the block, the engine warning light on and the turbo wasn't working at all! Absolutely devastated and having given the garage THREE chances to fix the car AND offering to fix it ourselves and send them the invoice, they refused (it had been 12 days since we purchased the car and I had yet to even drive it due to it going backwards and forwards to be fixed. We requested a refund and to return the car to which we were told we were being unreasonable!! Very rude people, your warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, COMPLETE LIARS!! wouldn't buy a tissue from these untrustworthy men let alone a car!! Absolutely gutted my dream car turned out to be a horrendous experience! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM EBBSFLEET! !

Very happy with our visit today. Found John very friendly and helpful and received a fair part x for our car and also willing to negotiate on price. Drove away in a lovely Mini convertible. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.

My wife and I needed to upgrade to a 7seater as our family is growing and so we found Ebbsfleet Specialist Cars and boy am I glad we did! They are on hands 24/7 to answer any questions you have. We bought a Citroen and are slowly figuring out all the buttons and how the system works. When we had a warning come up the dash, they immediately took the car for full servicing and returned it to us when it was done. I cannot praise their professionalism enough, neither can I fault their genuine attitudes. I Could not be happier with my car I purchased a few weeks ago, all the staff were very helpful and polite I have received very good after sale care also when I had a few questions, which can be very rare these days!! I would definitely recommend here if your looking for a as described used car. I will 100% be back again for my next car

I had brought a bmw from John and Craig about a year ago and was more then happy with the specialist service they gave me, I have since recently brought a mini for my girlfriend and I again got the same service as before they are a credit to the used car market and they even cleaned my BMW while I did the paperwork for the mini. Thanks guys!

Avoid the main salesman, like the plague. Rude, told various lies, then rounded on us when called on the lies. Told us our independent garage quote for work needing doing was not true, that the oil leak found on quote had already been fixed, and that we were pulling a fast one by taking it back. Dealt as much as I could with Craig Outram, the director, who was much more amicable regarding our complaint. Credit to him for getting it sorted in the end.
