Recently bought a VW Polo and was so pleased we returned and got a Q3 aswell. Spoke with Rick over the phone on the first day and when we arrived the car was prepped and ready for us to take on a test drive. Smooth service throughout, accommodating with our needs & family friendly. No pressure environment where we felt comfortable browsing other options before deciding on our Polo. Bought a car off them, they sent it through an MOT and checks, we picked it up only for it to break down right away, seems they missed something. So it went back and they fixed it and after that all was well for a while. Fast forward to, heading to work in the car and a very loud metallic noise, a sort of dragging sound was coming from the rear wheel, got out and looked at it, couldn't see anything, but the noise carried on, then the noise stopped. Since the garage is on the route i take to go home, i stopped to ask if they would give the wheel a quick check to make sure it was safe to drive home (via the motorway). It was 4pm so they were still open for another hour. What did they say? NO they wouldn't look, couldn't even spare two minutes to make sure it was safe. I thought that was really bad, especially since it was a car purchased from them. I drove home really slowly and then took the car to a different garage who fixed it for me the next day. Thanks a bunch Ebony and Ivory, seems you don't really care about your customers after all.

✋✋Stay away from this company✋✋, we have bought a car from here Skoda Fabia it came with all sort of faults you can ever think off, surprisingly it passed from mot from there side but when I bought it to the private garage the person said it shouldn’t of passed mot and I should take the car back to them. My first complaint was the car is using to much engine oil, I had to take the car back to them 3 times and they said there was no issues with the car and the oil is running ok when I have a report from rac. They have sent out a inspection team from Santander they also confirmed there was nothing wrong with the engine oil. during this period I had to top oil to the car at least 3 times for 2lt. Now the report I have taking from rac says haven been attached on the picture below but the company refuses to do anything and it’s only been 5 months I bought the car. Do not recommend this place to anyone. My only option is to give them to court and the case has started. I hope it gets solved as soon as possible.

I bought a Audi A3 and when I got there I wasn’t disappointed, I was unsure about the car and seeing the reviews and speaking to kat on a couple off occasions really turned my head, they went above and beyond for me and even went to the post office to tax it as I couldn’t online. It was a great experience hopefully be back when I’m looking for an upgrade!
