I think what I liked about buying From Ecc is that there was no pushy sales patter On going to have a look at the car I Was interested in I was handed the keys by a pleasant young lady And told to help my self look around the car in your own time Which is exactly what I like Then the young lady told me to have a think about it and get back to her With a deposit if I decide I want to go ahead with the purchase Which after a discussion with the wife I decided to go ahead Whitney the young lady had given Me details of what to do and how to put deposit down also I arranged to trade my old car sent in pictures so they could estimate What they would allow me on it I was a bit disappointed at the trade in £500 pounds lower than i wanted but as I didn’t want the hassle of selling it on decided to go with the price offered Ecc let me know that they had received the deposit and would get the ball rolling for a p d i and a few repairs to bits I had asked about after viewing the car All my conversations were then through emails with Whitney she kept me informed of how things were proceeding with the car I had asked if the cambelt had been changed they had a garage check this and decided the best thing would be to have this replaced and asked if I would agree to paying half towards the cost as it was going to be another £300 to fit A cambelt and water pump I agreed to this as I wanted peace of mind that the belt was done With everything done i was told the car was ready to collect around two Weeks from when I first veiwed Fair enough I picked it up one Friday afternoon No hassle give in the keys to my part ex and completed paperwork and payed the balance came with the bill for cam belt and p d I of which I only payed an agreed £150 towards Then an added bonus the boss man mark kindly payed the new tax on my fresh car Great If I have one small gripe it would be When the car was cleaned there was a sticky sheen sprayed on dashboard which looks smart but All the radio controls/buttons stuck and hazard lights didn’t want to work after a good clean with switch cleaner was fine I’ve had the car two weeks and was let down once with a flat battery Decided to fit a new battery as I need a reliable car for work And I’m very please with the c max I bought And would recommend to friends If they wanted to buy a car or van to give ecc a try Thankyou Whitney For all your corespondents and kind help with the purchase and mark For payment of the car tax little things that mean a lot All the best to you all at ecc Terry one happy cookie 😁👍
