I needed a car urgently for work as mine was written off. Sent a What’s app message when the garage was closed, reply received within minutes. The whole process took me all of a few hours. Driving an older car as that’s all I needed for the time being. Friendly, helpful and just generally a great company. I won’t go anywhere else now. Next car will be more expensive and I know I’ll be very please. Don’t go anywhere else The only reason I’ve given a 1 start for the clean car is because it was filthy inside simply because it had only just been collected so no time to clean it. But it only needed a scrub and a hoover

I have just recently bought a car here . I’m an older guy and have bought many cars from many dealers in the past. I can honestly say I have never come across a car dealership so friendly, helpful and kept me informed every step of the way . They also gave me a fair price for my part exchange and also did a few extra jobs to the car I bought which I pointed out . ECC were very helpful from start to finish, we easily arranged to view the car at a time that was convenient for us, and were greeted by a friendly yet professional salesman. No pushy hard sell but was there when we needed questions answered.

Bought our daughter her first car, a little fiat 500. The service from this dealership was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a bad experience from another dealer a matter of weeks before, so naturally was sceptical buying from another dealer. How wrong I was, the car was presented in lovely clean condition, we where given plenty of time to view the car with out any pressure or stress.
