I made the biggest mistake by buying a car off this dealer, I saw the car I was looking for and the price seemed reasonable (if it’s too cheap then there’s a reason why), from the point of enquiry to purchasing the vehicle, all I got from them was yes you get a warranty (I didn’t & still haven’t), yes u have a cooling off period, no there wasn’t, they just stop answering your calls. My car developed issue after issue and when I managed to get through to them, they just fob me off. The cars look good, but they are riddled with underline problems that Eddie is aware of but don’t care if it causes an accident or seriously injures someone, they promise things & do nothing, I can’t stress enough, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, because you will have major regrets.

My partner has given the permission for them to sell his car, which is worth approx GBP53k. Due to first time owning a car, my partner gave Eddie the key, all documents and trusted that once the car was sold, he would receive back the money. HOWEVER they're a total scam and is suspicious of doing fraudulent activity! Eddie has told my partner the car was already sold and would be sending him the >GBP50k soon in May 2021 (now it's August). After 3 months, there're still Nothing!!! Obviously he has taken the money but never planned to return to us. He acted like very trustworthy and anytime my partner called or messaged him, he'd say 'I'm dealing with it', 'the money will be sent to you in the next 2 days', 'rest assured, I'll receive the money in the next 2 hours, and will be sending it to you after!' After waiting for months, and there's no news about the monies! Now, we've reported our car stolen, and will be planning to take this to court in the next few months! Guys, if you're thinking buying from them, it may turn out you're buying a stolen car, and if you're thinking of selling your car through them, it's likely you don't receive any monies from them even your car was sold!

If your stupid enough like we were to buy a car from this guy, then make sure all service history & spare key are present as he will give the excuse that he'll post them on to you, he won't. This guy is a very cool & calm & lulls you into thinking he's trust worthy, don't be fooled. It isn't until you get the car home until you find out the car has numerous faults, chunks out of inside tyre walls, bent/ bucked alloys, God knows where this car had been prior to us, maybe stock car track. You have been warned!

We found a car on Auto-trader and decided to contact the dealers. To purchase the car we decided to finance a third of the cost and were put in contact with the dealers finance suppliers. The finance was agreed and signed and a deposit was paid. On the morning of collection we were informed our finance had been declined and the deposit was retained. The car was sold straight away and our deposit was not returned. Despite contacting the dealership they will not answer nor return our calls. We did not receive a receipt of payment for our deposit nor were we asked to sign any T&Cs. We have been scammed out of our deposit. The staff seem friendly and helpful until they have your money, I would certainly not recommend dealing with them. I would avoid at all cost!

Just purchased a car from Eddie the service and quality of dealer was first class. Sale and delivery of the vehicle plus the part exchange was very prompt and favourable for both parties. Would certainly recommend Eddie Car Ltd to anyone looking to purchase .a new vehicle.

Bought a car with 3 month warranty, however the warranty was a con and did not exist, problems with the car were never rectified and they just rely on the tactic that you will eventually get fed up ringing and messaging become it becomes too much hassle...AVOID

I have met Eddie cars advert on Instagram page , was worried a bit about it especially after reading some reviews , but after contacting them and visiting their showroom , I was extremely surprised by the cars they have got. Eddie made me a great deal and price for Range Rover Velar. The dealer was so helpful and send me all the documents and RAC warranty .
