We had searched for a car to replace our aging one for some time. We found one at Eddie Wright's, having ensured the car was available, we arranged to view.
We decided it suited our requirements, and budget, so went ahead. There were no real issues to speak of, the whole process dealt with professionally, and courteously.

Luke dealt with the purchase in a professional and efficient way. He was friendly but not pushy. Which we appreciated.
The PX could have been a bit more generous.
The main issue we had was regarding collection. The service department let down the company, We were twice given dates to collect and at the last minute they were cancelled, siting 'parts delay'.
The vehicle has a 'clean' MOT and was clean and tidy on pickup. A big PLUS !
However, we were compensated nicely for our frustration. :) Thank you

Okay but not very good communication. And still waiting for problems with the car to be solved, only little issues but still not resolved and feels like issues just get passed from people to people. The car sales man was good though before we bought the car which is a shame.
