I bought my fiat at this garage from new. I broke down and the AA bought me here, as the garage that had serviced it. After a week of calling every day for an update on what was wrong and the cost involved. We contacted head office, we were then told it was due to be looked at in 2 weeks time! After arranging another garage to see it for me, the service managed then says they couldn’t look at it anyway until mid April and by the watt hey are not fiat any more! I will never buy from them again or recommend them .

Popped into Eden on Saturday 11/3/23 was looking at getting some information on a new car. I was dealt with by Shaun who had a lot of knowledge on the cars that you have and he went above and beyond to help me in my search. I ordered a Fiat 500 May 2022, I was promised September delivery. September came and went and so did every single member of staff who was allocated to me. The first sales man advised of September and then left, the second advised of \November and then left, the third could not give a date and I was then handed over to SNOWS Southampton in December where I was advised the car is built and should be a couple of weeks. Today I called SNOWS for an update and learned that the car was either given to someone else or was never ordered. Disjointed and unhelpful staff resulted in my car never appearing.

Graham who dealt with me was nice! Its a local dealership to me with only a couple of issues along the way which were sorted out quickly for me. They gave me a fair price for my PX too. I recommend this dealership!

Honestly couldn't say how good they are at fixing cars as I have had service appointments miss booked by them on two occasions now. I took a day off work to bring my car in, which has a dangerous re-occurring and frustrating engine management issue only to be be told they couldn't fix it.They did absolutely nothing to help and I am extremely disappointed and hacked off that I still have to drive a car that cuts out for no apparent reason and that I have to wait another two weeks before they can deign to look at it again. Utterly pathetic from Eden Basingstoke.
I had a problem with my hand break. EDEN, Basingstoke collected my car from my work and then dropped it off once repaired the same day. I received a call from George Costa who thoroughly explained what had been done. He has very good customer relation skills and came across very friendly but professional. From booking the car in to collection, was made very easy for me only because of the slick service EDEN Basingstoke provides to their Customers. I am considering upgrading my car next year but will only use Eden, Basingstoke because they look after their Customers. Thank you EDEN, Basingstoke.
