At first this place was incredible. Always happy to help and set high standards. These have dropped and honestly they take no blame. I had a service completed, during so I had a £15 scratch card stolen and a watch. When I questioned it (when I collected my car) they said no that doesn’t sound like us and said I needed video evidence to prove it. They also damaged my sensors in my tyres. I took the vehicle back in and said I was going shopping and I’ll leave my car. 4 1/2 hours later we returned to find the car hadn’t even be looked at. I was told to collect the keys and rebook as they had no time. The lady on the desk didn’t even say anything just kept talking in the phone and held the keys out. No apology no discussion. I have been promised a service book and that still hasn’t happened either. Safe to say that main dealers are as bad as I’ve been told and I will be cancelling my service plan and going to my local garage
Had service and told everything was fine apart from few minor niggles which i got fixed. MOT 5 weeks and less than 600 miles later and told I'd used almost half my break pads (which now needed replacing) in that time and had a major exhaust issue. Also went to collect car after taking it for light issues to be told nothing was wrong. Picked my car up and it wouldn't even start! Apparently mechanic thought their might be a battery issue but didn't think to let me know. Useless.
I have the pleasure of using an excellent service by Sandra Moore and Steve at Eden Vauxhall Bracknell due to a niggling issue on my wife's Astra. Both Sandra and Steve displayed true professionalism in customer service, which I really admire. They resolved my problem within minutes. We will not go anywhere else in future when we need anything to do with our cars. They are an asset to Vauxhall and should be proud of themselves. Den Vauxhall Bracknell is a brilliant garage been using them for years would never go any where else.
Unprofessional overfilled engine with oil. Damaged caused to bodywork in garage and Eden Vauxhall Bracknell would not except liability .
