Avoid them. They will make you pay for ruining your own vehicle. Ask you to change the parts that are not even necessarily the problem. Despite, us telling them battery is not a problem, they said that is the problem they can see, we agreed, guess what?? we couldn't even start our car after that. when we mention them, no answer!! instead they came up with new quotation of £400+ with another issue. When talk about expenses, they will come to you like '' yes it might cost you a lot by the end of the day, so if you want leave the car if not you can take it''. how rude. we had to tow our car to near by garage, and the mechanic their (garage) was asking us again and again '' are you sure the battery was changed 2days ago''??. well, that was my experience with them. won't suggest them to anyone unfortunately.

They are not what they used to. Serviced booked in + complimentary inside and out clean, and replacement slave cylinder required. Got a call to collect. Car was filthy, dirtier than when it arrived. Boot carpet folded and not put back in place, oil smudge over dashboard, anyway, was given an apology and on a day of my choice to drop it back for a clean, because I have time for this? Drove home and broke down, clutch still not fixed. Got the car back to them, spoke to the manager who, after numerous calls, got me a courtesy car. Got a call the following week to collect. Car washed, just. Inside absolutely filthy. My partner and I cleaned it at the weekend to find two screws in the footwell, well it turns out that who ever replaced my air filter during the service forgot to put them back, upon closer inspection have broken the large plastic side panel, passenger footwell. I have been going here for 9 years, Never! Have I EVER had an experience like this. Just awful I have cancelled my serviced plan since as I don’t trust them and will not be going back.

This garage mid sold me a car in 2018. After many problems with the car and many complaints I finally got some things resolved. Each year I take my car to this garage to make the most of my “free” mot. Each year they fail the car on stupid things and make things up. They try to overcharge for every item. Today I was told that a product wouldn’t be available for many weeks due to it only being sold in Germany. I called a different Branch and they said they had it in stock. This garage is full of lies. They treat you with awful Customer service and try everything k owing your car is near the end of the mot and you need to get work done to get it on the road. Try another place that is local and will appreciate the work.

Car failed MOT on 17/3/20 got all fails corrected tried booking for retest for them to be shut due to coronavirus. Eventually told to rebook at basingstoke eden branch same franchise, have to pay full price again £49 rip off. No thanks I work in aerospace been put on 80% wage same as tens of thousands of others. Garages are on essential list(but shut), brought car from eden and all MOT's will not use these cowboys ever again.

This garage will do everything they possible can to get more money from you, including: - Telling lies - Not properly fitting/fixing parts There seems to be a culture of lies at this garage whereby they will do everything they can to make more money. Thankfully my father was a mechanic all his life (retired now) and so I have some experience with vehicles and was able to call them out on their lies. Once called out, they blamed it on miscommunication between the customer service desk and the mechanics - seems rather convenient right? Long story short, I have opened a case with trading standards into the practices deployed by this hell hole.

I purchased my car from Eden Vauxhall in Camberley 4 years ago. Whilst carrying out work on it they chipped the paint on the car. Its taken me 4 years to finally get a match pot so I can cover their damage. I then had to send car back 3 months ago as part of zafira recall. They broke the air vent surround. I have tried 4 times to get it fixed. They deny all responsibility and wont return my calls. Would never purchase from them or get any work (by choice) done with them After car service is shocking

I have approached one of your sales executives last 8th February 2016 and inquired again about a possible part exchange of my Ford C-max titanium. I told him about my preference car and he found a Vauxhall Meriva diesel 1.7 liter MVP with just over 10 thousand miles on the clock which is perfect for me. Apparently the bank has agreed to finance my car for an additional £500 apart from the £500 which has been collected already 10 days ago. They have promised me that the car will arrive in 3-4 working days as it's coming from Norfolk? I have been calling them from time to time and they said that they can't find the car for some reason?I phoned them again today 18th Feb. and again same explanation, the car is nowhere to be found.I spoke to my dealer and he said that they can just probably find another one to match my choice.I don't know what's happening now and I am not happy about it.Please investigate this matter according to your normal procedure.Thanks

I rang on mon 23rd feb at 18:00 pm as they were open till 19:00pm one of the staff answered the phone and said he is about to leave and was very rude to me and didn't help me at all very bad customer service not happy at all.
