Would not buy a Vauxhall car, we have one that is 18 months old and did a service late. 6 months later the car has a fault and Vauxhall are refusing to fix it l, due to the service being late, even though this is unrelated to the fault. Now they are trying to charge us between 2-4k to fix it. Disgusting
Eden Vauxhall in Fareham are a bunch of bullies from the salesman to the manager. I was told on the phone they have a pre-registered Mokka for 13k, I arrive at the dealer and they tell me it costs 16k. Then they value my car £4,000 so I was expecting to pay the Mokka £12k (16k-4k=12k). But the final price is £14k, so they lie to me about the value of my car, which they estimated £2k, not £4k. They show me a contract that doesn't reflect any of these numbers, but only shows the monthly payments I have to pay. They put so much pressure to close the deal on the spot, which I obviously don't want to do and they make you feel uncomfortable if they see you refuse their deal.

What an absolute bunch of amateurs, from the salesmen to the after care and service, or more like lack of. bought a brand new car off them in 2013 and had nothing but issues and no support from anyone. Its now in for its service and part of this service includes changing the spark plugs... issue is car is diesel and they dont have spark plugs...fills me with confidence!!! Will be glad to finish my dealings with Eden and will never buy another and encourage anyone considering it not to!
Shocking experience with #Eden Vauxhall Fareham. Back street garage ethics. Took deposit on factory demonstrator then lied about reasons for failing to deliver the car. Won't be dealing with Vauxhall any time soon.
Bought a 11 plate Zafira from Eden Vauxhall in Fareham and had to wait 4 hours on the day of purchase. I also bought a Bluetooth device that was supposed to be fitted before I collected the vehicle. This hadn't even been booked in for the job when I went to collect it. Bought a cleaning product that was supposed to come with the purchase yet I had to go back and ask for it. Worst was to happen, car broke down a week after having it which only really equated to one proper drive. Managed to speak to the owner of the group and he said what did I expect of a 11 plate car. Well Mr Potts, I expected it to last more than a week seeing as your company had just serviced it. He was rude and dismissed all the comments I had. Told me how great he was and how I significant my purchase was and told me right at the start of the conversation I was lucky he wasn't going down the legal route. Sorry Eden have you heard of the consumer rights act? Products fit for purchase? Obviously a fit product for Eden Fareham should only last a week.
