I don’t leave reviews but must in this case to warn others! My daughter purchased a Freelander in December 23, it car broke down within 2 weeks and Mark refused to accept that the oil filter was blocked and oil had not been changed in the PDI, no records available re the PDI! The rear brakes seized 2 weeks later, not covered!, PDI!? Crank shaft sensor went a month later RAC fixed submitted invoice twice! Left Marks several voice mails and emails later I’ve heard nothing absolutely nothing! This car has cost my daughter about £500 in the warranty! period to keep on the road and Mark doesn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge messages when we have been very restrained. DON’T BUY FROM THIS GARAGE! Unfortunately off to Trading Standards and County Court to reclaim our money!

Don't buy car from here, clutch was dropping and I took it back and they didn't wanna know... Also last week my abs pump failed and now my front drivers break don't work. I was told to stay away from this place by a friend but I gave them the benefit of the doubt wish I had listened to my friend now.

Bought a Vauxhall Vivaro 2008 from Edgingtons for £4.5k + part ex beginning of September with 1 months warranty. By beginning of November the fuel injector was broken, and was charged £285 to replace. The electrics had been messed with by previous owner so internal lights didn’t work and electric windows didn’t work after 1 month. Where the cab of the van and the rear of the van meet started collapsing in by January and at that point we decided to cut our losses. We managed to get £1k part ex so lost £3.5k+ in 5 months. The van was an awful pile of shite that we had issues with as soon as the commercial warranty ran out.

Can't understand the negative reviews here! I've had a working relationship with the family now for over 12months and have NEVER had a problem. Punctual straight down the line honest family business. The sales team won't take a vehicle in if they are not happy with it so therefore they won't sell a vehicle they're not happy with, I can tell you that first hand. If you're genuine and want to buy, they will bend over backwards for you.

Untrustworthy business which has been referred to Trading Standards with legal action starting.

Purchased a car from Edgintons of Inkford and the car immediately had issues. The Manager, Mark, made it very difficult to get this rectified as he did not want to fork out extra costs even though it was within the 3 month warranty. He swore at me, lied to me and avoided my calls when I tried to chase him to get this sorted. I would never ever buy a car from here again, absolutely shocking treatment by the manager!

Edgintons of Inkford are a rip off, should go to a scrap yard would get something better.

Unless you want to be ripped off I would avoid Edgingtons of Inkford at all costs! We purchased a van from here and from the start we had several problems. They have refused to take responsibility even with the agent confirming the van is unroadworthy. We are now £3000 out of pocket and have to scrap the van while they continue to rip off honest people. Need closing down. Trading standards notified.

Bought a car back in January this year, paid more than top price, expecting it to be a good car with low mileage for its age. Had nothing but trouble with it, only having done 1000 miles since purchased. Engine management light has come on several times. I’ve had a garage look at it & there’s so many problems with it, after spending several hundreds of pounds & still having problems, I have decided to get rid of it at a big loss today. Would have taken it back a while ago, but as I live a a few miles away, I dardnt risk driving on the m42 with it.
