I was in last week buying a Kia from Edinburgh Car Store. As I've had pretty bad experiences in the past with cars I was very nervous about buying something incase it broke down the second I drove out. The customer service was amazing and the salesman was very helpful and reassured me everything would be fine with the car. The car was sold with a years MOT with no advisories as they don't sell with advisories which I found really good. I got 6 months warranty and RAC breakdown cover for 1 year. The salesman helped me get my finance in place, and even when I went to pick up the car he took me 5 minutes along the road home as I was nervous about driving on the main road as I hadn't drove for a long time. From the moment I stepped into the car park the whole experience was really good and I would 100% recommend to family and friends. X
