We were given all the information we needed from how charging your car works publicly, charging points and even getting to drive one, we were able to make a well informed decision and didn't feel pressured in anyway. In my 30 years of driving and buying cars never have I experienced a dealership that are so professional but friendly and appreciative too. Really can’t praise them enough. They don’t just do Ford’s either they have a massive range of other manufacturers so I was able to make a well informed decision on my next vehicle purchase. Will definitely be back!

This garage is poor. Long waiting time even though requested car be ready 6hrs after being dropped off. Numerous thing ‘potentially’ wrong with the car that would require several hundred pounds spent to make good. Rude person in the service department.

I bought a car from this garage in April of this year. Excellent service from Salesman Dan. This week it needed to go in to the service dept two weeks after 3 month warranty expired. ! Service staff were helpful, courteous and a pleasure to communicate with. Repair was done under warranty. Couldn’t wish for a better experience Sales and Service personnel excellent.
I rang the showroom on Monday afternoon 26 April to enquire about the Motobility Scheme. The reception took my name and phone number and said someone would phone me. Hearing nothing I visited the sale room on Wednesday afternoon 28 April. I had to wait for some time, the receptionist appeared to be trying to catch the eye of someone, she went to speak to them twice. Eventually I was granted an audience with a "salesman"??? I do not know his name as he did not give it, nor did he take my name. He told me the bare minimum, I am a lady in my seventies so not up on carspeak. He printed off some sheets which I found confusing. I asked to see some cars, he was unwilling and said I would get wet, but I persisted so he sighed and put on his coat. We went out, I saw one car which really interested me, so that was the end of the viewing. He told me the new cars are stored away. I asked if they had the car I was interested in, he looked and said they had two so I must be quick to make up my mind. He did not tell me what colour they had in stock, did not take my name and in fact told me he had another appointment which would have been acceptable, had I not already spent TWO DAYS waiting for a phone call. I have a Fiesta which I love but the total lack of interest has made sure I will not deal with this Company. I then visited another local Dealership, the comparison was amazing. I did have to wait, but there was a comfortable waiting area, with a paper to read, plus information on cars. The salesman who explained things to me showed me a car I liked, opened the door, showed me features of the car and said I could sit in it as it was sanitized. He took my name and gave me his card. Maybe the "salesman"??? from Ford would benefit from visiting the other Dealership. He may learn manners and customer care as he surely does not have any at present.

The sales process was very good - we have purchased two new Fiesta ST’s but had warranty issues with the second car. After sales and warranty service is dreadful. Totally disinterested and incompetent. A terrible advertisement for the Ford marque. Ford should look closely at this dealership - they are damaging the brand. I will not be returning and advise all potential customers to ‘steer clear’!

I purchased a car from this place yesterday. Not only did they attempt to overcharge me but I had to wait whilst they removed a scratch, re cleaned the car and re-did the valeting too. Driving away, the sun revealed a filthy rear window which needed cleaning inside. Once home I had to clear out the car myself. Fluff, hairs, dust and a parking ticket were all my finds, and all on a car professionally prepared for sale. I wish that I had found these reviews before I purchased the car. It is telling that Edwards have not ever responded to these reviews.
Quite simply the worse dealership ever!!!! I have found the Staff to be rude and unprofessional every time I’ve had to deal with them none of my calls or emails are returned concerning the warranty repair of my car ie what are the findings how it happened and how long they will have my car literally zero communication from Edwards ford!! When my calls have been answered I get referred to as LOVE which is from my point of view totally unacceptable
I have only had experience of car sales at Edwards Ford in Salisbury but the salesman (Mr Dan Scott) was the most helpful car salesman that I have ever encountered and I have met quite a few in my 50 years of buying cars. Yes if you want to buy a car, then you won't do any better than Edwards of Salisbury. it was well worth me making the journey to Salisbury to make my purchase. Yes I can recommend them.

Absolutely couldn't agree more, Dan is lovely. However moving on from him, Salisbury Ford customer after care is abominable!!!!! Should have stuck with Heritage Audi as we did for the last three cars, that's what you get when you change dealers I'm afraid!!
