Went up at weekend to look at a specific car 2 guys outside washing cars not one of them asked if we needed any help
Travelled over an hour to view and test drive a car they have to then have to wait 45 mins for the owner to return to test drive the car and kept being told he would only be 5 minutes, once he returned he seen to a customer that came in after us then came to us to brag about a car he just bought then drove just outside of Elgin and let me jump in to test drive and directed me back to the dealership and proceeded to watch videos on his phone while I was driving and was very abrupt, that 5 mins of driving (90%) of it in traffic really sold me the car and got a real feel for it 😂. When I asked to drive the car longer I was told I was lucky to even drive the car and other dealers in Elgin wouldn’t even do that ,this dealership is not worth the journey, was very interested in the car and was left very disappointed!
Highly recommend would definitely get a car from here again owners couldn’t be more friendly and helpful
