After visiting Elite cars on three occasions (i cant make decisions on the spot) i decided to purchase my new car here, i must say the staff were very informative and willing to help with my long list of questions, i bought an eight year old audi with service history and i have not had one bit of trouble with the car. Very impressed with the service and i was shocked that the garage called me a month after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with my new car. I had an awful experience with Elite Cars in Wishaw. Several faults with the car, which happened as soon as I got home with it. Despite promises to fix and repair and bring up to standard, these never materialised. These were all faults which were easily-spotted and easily-found by a third-party mechanic who I brought in to examine the vehicle. Avoid this car dealer: substandard mechanical knowledge and zero customer service.

Drove past a couple of weeks ago and popped in a whim. There was no horrible sales pitch or pushy salesman. The workshop staff too were very helpful, overall a very clear, quick and pleasant transaction with Elite Cars.
