Ashley wilding is a complete crook sold me a car totally unroadworthy, never mentioned any issues in the description, didn't even have a catylic converter on after checking , told him I want my refund under the consumers act 2015 he refused so im taking him to the cleaners , reported him to the motor ombudsman then small courts claim , be careful do not buy from elite Motors preston I hope he gets sent down with big fines , dont fall for the 12 month warranty packages to it doesn't exist just a way of getting more money out of you , hes a crook all over needs locking up

We have relocated form Australia and Ashley Wilding sold us a used audi Q7 for 6200. within 6 hours of sale we found out it was an insurance right off and the car would not start. I had to get it jump started and took to local garage who ran computor diagnostics and reset the battery, The error lights that Ashley said would disappear continued. We again rejected sale however Ashley refused saying he advertised as v car which we did not know meant insurance write off. I spent all day trying to get vehicle tax as we can't afford not to drive this car. once allowed to drive the warning light then showed check coolant before the service i was waiting for could happen. So I took again to garage and the coolant was full of water wiht no antifreeze. They ran the diagnostics again and said do not drive this car anywhere. The issues of most concern were relating to engine cooling and pressure monitoring meaning the engine is at risk of overheating, worse case fires. He did not want me driving this as could put my life at risk. Ashley refusing to refund our money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN

Bought a car from the elite car sales today. The salesman was excellent. No hard sale, was just really helpful. Everything sorted in a couple of hours including a more than fair offer for part ex for our BMW series 1. Cannot fault this purchase and how it was completed at all. Really surprised at the other negative comments as that was far from our experience. Car was spot on and as described. Would highly recommend this car dealer.

Arranged a test drive, drove 35 miles, on arrival the car was in the showroom still, I complained and was told, “come back another day” , I did get told to sit in it, like I’m 4 of course and I like pretending to drive, awful. Controlling

Did a straight swop for my Ford Focus st for a Citroen ds3. The advert says it had 1 owner and full service history. When i received the log book to find it had 2 owners and only 2 stamps in its history book. Never i will deal with Elite Motors of Garstang.
