They are lovely when selling you a new car and taking your money. Anything goes wrong under the manufacturers guarantee they are rude and unhelpfull. It's £650 to diagnose a problem to be paid up front. Repair costs on top. If deemed to be a manufacturing fault you get the money back. ( hopefully ) They don't care if you are without your car for 6 months while you try and sort it out. Go to Peterborough Kia. They sorted and fixed the problem. ( manufacturing problem ) for nothing.

We experienced appalling after sales service from the General Manager at Kings Lynn from where we purchased our brand new faulty Nissan and from the Director at Bury St Edmunds to whom we complained. We would never a) recommend EMG Motor Group or b) buy a Nissan again.

Service department are terrible. No customer service skills what so ever. Very unprofessional and down right rude. How these people are in customer facing roles is beyond me. Very disorganised.

I had months of issues with my alarm randomly going off on my focus titanium and I live in Southampton and had various people look at it at home and couldn't find a problem with it as it was intermittent and not always logging a error code.but I was visiting my friend in Kings Lynn and was put onto EMG from Ford. And I was not dissapointed as EMG kept the car for the day and was able to go into the alarm settings and have at look at the logs that I had made of when the alarm was going off.and they then found the problem sorted it out and gave my car a free inspection and a full bill of health.would I recommend them Absolutely. Terrible wouldn't use this company if they were the last dealer on the planet, constant lies to cover their inability to complete even the simplest tasks, had to wait 8 weeks for them to send my logbook off which I might add I had to ring DVLA myself to sort out, another 6 weeks to sort out non working parking sensors also still waiting for them to replace corroded wheels which they told me were in and booked an appointment for,then two days before the appointment they told me the wheels were not in and it would be another two weeks, this company couldn't care less about customer service, wouldn't recommend this company to anybody have had to phone kia uk head office a couple of times to sort out problems
