I had a lovely experience down at the Eminent Motor Group. Everything ran ever so smooth and the process from start to finish was straightforward. I met some really nice chaps down at the dealership, they had all of the time in the world for me. I couldn't of asked for more from the sales advisors. Everyone I came across were polite, kind and ready to give a helping hand where needed. It was very easy and over all, what I could call a nice car buying experience. The Peugeot 308 has been nothing but reliable since I drove away and I have enjoyed every mile I have put on the clock so far. For me, this is what a 5/5 experience is! I highly recommend and would be more than happy to pass my recommendations on to other's who are on the hunt for a new motor.

So far so good with the Ford Focus, it's running well and just as I would of expected. The team were lovely and did more than I could of asked. They were really helpful from the get go. I am just wating on the log book and my experience will be completed! 😁

My Honda CRV has been running flawlessly so far, and I'm delighted with its performance. When it comes to customer service, the experience was top notch. The staff were not only helpful and friendly but also easy going and easy to get along with. They went the extra mile to assist me with various aspects, including tax and V5 documentation. To be honest, I'd give this experience a solid 5 out of 5, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Overall a very good experience, very professional, I give them an 8 out of 10 my only disappointment was they wouldn't give me the money I wanted on a part ex but pleased with the van.

For the first time ever, I have had a faultless experience with zero complaints. Really happy with the lads at Eminent Motor Group, two sales lads were great, really helpful, friendly and informative. I chose a Ford B-Max as I have been struggling with the ride height of my old Clio and it ended up putting me of driving for a while. The B-Max has been perfect, I find it really easy to get in and out and I'm very happy with everything Brilliant set of lads, great customer service, recommend Eminent Motor Group all the way!

I am really happy with Eminent Motor Group as a company, I have bought two cars from them, a Mercedes A-Class and a C-Class. I am really happy with the staff, service and they have some really nice, good quality used cars on offer. I have currently got a little leak on the A-Class and I am awaiting a call back from the after sales care team to help me get it sorted. Really happy with everything and I love my new cars, I will be back in touch with Eminent Motor Group when I feel it's time for a change.

When I was shopping around for my new car, i wasn't originally going looking for an EV. I wanted a VW Up and I was quite set on wanting the navy one. I manage to find an E-Up which was navy and local, I have never owned an EV and thought what the heck, might as well give it a try. We have the home charger all set up now and I am really enjoying it, it's a great little run around car. The only downside is it's an older model so the range is only hitting about 90 miles per charge, there is some range anxiety but I am really happy with it so far. The gentlemen I dealt with in store was really helpful, really friendly and accommodating throughout.

My daughter loves her new Mini Cooper and I am very happy with how easy, simple and stress free it was to get the car. Everything was done online and over the phone so I literally didn't need to leave the house. Everyone was very friendly to deal with and the car was delivered within a couple days.

Happy with my Toyota , it is ace and I love driving it, the customer service was outstanding and it is a solid five out of five from me. Recommended them to friends and family already!
