A fantastic garage to buy a used car. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly and even set my phone up with the Bluetooth and downloaded a few apps for me to use in the car. The owner Imran was very professional, honest, and helpful, and the car we bought looked like it had just come out of the showroom. We traded in our old car and came out with a lovely shiny used car the same day. It was such an easy and pleasant experience, and we would recommend Empire Cars in Wilstead, Bedford to anyone looking to buy a car as the service is second to none. Professional, friendly, honest, and above all they are not pushy and really care about you as a customer. We give Empire Cars 5 stars all the way! I wanted a new car but was nervous about going by myself but they made me feel comfortable explained everything in full detail and any questions I had were answered in full detail I wanted to find out about finance and they couldn’t of helped me anymore than they did. Even when I had bought the car home and I needed to ask them something they were still as helpful as they were when I went to their showroom. I can honestly say it’s the best service I have ever had and the best decision I made to buy my car from them.

I visited Empire Cars Bedford to look at a VW Beetle. Imran was very helpful and friendly both on the phone and when we met in person. I was given complete freedom to test drive and look over the car at my own pace without the usual sales pressure. Recently bought my BMW from empire Bedford .. I thought the service and sales was excellent , I'm very fussy when it comes to buying cars but would have no reason to not return again to buy from these guys .. I had a small situation where my lock nut wheel was too tight , Imran has replied immediately offering to pay and help out, This is fantastic customer service Car is great ....
