I brought a c63, got home only to find about 10 faults with the car, instantly called the garage/showroom & they advised me my car is under mercedes warrenty. I then drove to my local mercedes garage only to find out that Enkae prestiage motors has taken £1200 for the warrenty but never activated it. It’s been 13days everyday I call I get told the ‘boss’ is sorting it out, then the sales rep telling me the boss isn’t here today will be done tomorrow. When to tomorrow comes they said it be done promise you, it’s been 13days still no warrenty & im left with a £45,500 car with very little use. I have lost complete trust in this garage. & will recommend those who are buying a car from this showroom, to please check the condition throughly & don’t leave the showroom without getting your warrenty handed to you otherwise once they got your money you will be chasing them & going around in circle like I have for the past 13days. & non of the management have bothered calling me, sales rep James said to me we sell more expensive car then ur £45,500 you have spent with us, leaving me thinking they do not appreciate my custom. I have informed a governing body & also been in touch with Santander who is financing the finance who have advised me they will be sending an engineer to inspect car. I will update soon as I get an insight of the inspection. Take care people don’t let others rip you off, we are worth more then a small car sales place mistreating us.
