I rate my experience as 5. The salesman was helpful, answered all my questions and felt I got a good deal with my car.

Buying a car as a woman can feel a bit overwhelming, so it was a really nice surprise to feel completely at ease. I mainly dealt with Al who was brilliant, but any time he wasn’t available the rest of the team were just as lovely and helpful. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made the whole experience an enjoyable one.

I had a great, hassle free experience from Essex Car Company. David was very helpful and understanding from the moment I first made my phone call until the delivery of my new car. He gave me time to think things over, got the extras I wanted fitted quickly and had the car delivered in no time. Very happy with the overall experience. Can't recommend him enough.

I bought my Peugeot 5008 from Essex Car Co and honestly thought I’d made a mistake as I ran into engine issues almost straight away. The car's been in the garage for what feels like weeks, but I really can’t fault how the team handled it. They were amazing — they took the car in quickly, provided a courtesy car so I wasn’t stuck and even extended my warranty to cover the time I’ve been without it. Their communication was spot on and I feel like there’s a real sense of trust between us now. I can’t give 5 stars as things didn’t go perfectly, but I’d absolutely come back for another car in the future. Thanks guys!

I feel like I can always rely on these guys which means such a lot. If I've ever had issues with any of the cars I've bought, they've answered me straight away and got me back in pretty much immediately, with evertything being put right that same day. Chris and Steve are always very helpful. It's lovely to deal with familiar faces who I know I can rely on. They're worth their weight in gold.

This is my third car from Essex Car Company. I keep coming back because I’ve never had a single issue with any of the cars I’ve bought. Better the devil you know as they say! 😜 The team at the dealership are great too...always friendly and really responsive. Even after the sale they check in to see how things are going which you don’t get everywhere. I’ve gone for a Dacia Sandero this time. I’m only doing around 5 miles a day so fingers crossed I’ll get a good return when it’s time to trade it in!

Big thanks to Amir for the amazing service. He was always really quick to respond which made me feel reassured. I did have a few issues with the car after buying it, but because it came with a warranty they took it back in and sorted everything out without any fuss.
