Bought my first electric car, an Audi E-Tron, from Essex Prestige. The guys there were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I honestly cannot fault them in any way. I would happily spend a bit more money on a car at this dealership based on this past experience.

I found the Volkswagen Amarok online, which was advertised at Essex Prestige. I've done plenty of driving since the purchase in October, and there is nothing to criticise. When I first bought the car, there was an issue with the sports bar, but credit to the dealership, I found a part online, and they sent me the money for it and helped me get it sorted quickly.
