The salesman I dealt with answered all the questions I had and sent me a video of the car which I was happy about. It turns out the key that came with the car wasn't working despite them saying it was though, and it only came with one key which wasn't great. Apart from the key issue, I am happy with their service.

The car is perfect. The salesman who dealt with me did a good job and provided very good customer service. I'm quite local to them so I decided to pay them a visit and I'm glad I did. I'll definitely go back there and I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

The sales staff were absolutely spot on - they showed me the car, gave me the keys and left me to it which I appreciated. Also, the car has been fine although I haven't driven it much to be honest.

The experience has been ok. The wheels were slightly corroded and a few other things, and they did part of the work. Plus they just sprayed the wheels and didn't refurb them properly so I had to get them professionally repaired myself. They did give me some money back because of the wheels issue to be fair.

It was a good experience. The car has been great so far. All of the features were explained to me, but because of the previous owner some of the features were locked and I had to call Tesla to get it sorted which they did do to be fair. It wasn't Essex Prestige' fault but they reassured me the problem would be easily resolved and it was. I'd happily give them 5 stars.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for me. They offered me a decent price for my part ex, and I went down with a private plate on my car and they helped me get that sorted too. I'd definitely use them again. Easy 5 stars.
