I’d give my experience with the sales team 4 stars, they were spot on throughout the buying process, but the after-sales needs some work, as I did have some trouble with an issue after purchasing the car.

The dealership was really good. They helped me get the tracking sorted straight away, booked me in and got it done. They were helpful before, during and after the purchase.

I have been aware of Essex Prestige for a while, but this was my first time buying from them. I bought a Cupra, and it has been driving well with no issues. I was also happy with the customer service.

I'm enjoying the BMW 7 Series. I received good service at the dealership, went on a test drive, and when I went to collect the car, it was all clean and ready to go. I'd highly recommend it.

Dylan at the dealership was great, he answered all my queries and questions, and I am yet to find any faults with the car, so I am happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to return to Essex Prestige in the future.

All good not too bad at all

Loving the Ford Transit Custom we got from Essex Prestige, it was brilliant from the get-go. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was really good, and I would recommend it to anyone.

We have been getting on well with the S-Class, and the experience was good, we are considering going back to get another car soon.

Not had any issues since buying the Mercedes EQB 'touch wood'. In regard to the customer service, it was all fine. No complaints, I would score it 4 stars. There is always room for improvement.

Overall, I am happy with my experience, the staff were friendly and helpful.
