The Audi E-Tron I purchased has had some issues, but I've spoken to Essex Prestige, and they have ordered the parts, which is good. Naz, who I dealt with on the day, looked after me and was a good lad. So overall a 4-star, would recommend.

I'm getting on okay with the Maserati, they were as accommodating as they could be at Essex Prestige. The salesman took them through everything that we needed too and had some cups of coffee and what not. They were waiting for the brake pads to come for the car. When they did, I took it back to them, and they changed it with no problems.

Overall a great experience- the staff were friendly and it was an easy transaction. My only criticism was I was told the car had blind spot monitors and it does not. I would not have purchased the vehicle as it was a must have and I took it that it needed to he set up on the customization. Luckily the rest of the car is very hood and Im learning to live without the blind spot monitors.

10 out of 10 for service, start to finish, very helpful, a clean site, and I can't praise them enough all great and straightforward.

I had been looking for the Mercedes E-Class for about 6 months at multiple dealerships, but none of them had the standard of cars Essex Prestige had. They were very good, I don't have any complaints. I took the car back to them, as I needed a part for the window, and within a few days the part was delivered and fitted. It was brilliant throughout! I'd buy another car from them, let's put it that way!

I would definitely buy from Essex Prestige again, they have a great selection of cars to look around. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I haven't had any issues with the Range Rover Sport I bought back in February.

Fairly pleased with the experience I've had at Essex Prestige. Other than an issue with the windscreen washer, which they are going to investigate, the Jaguar is driving well.

Just upgraded to a VW Golf back in February, happy with the car and the service.

We decided to change vehicles and go with the Range Rover Sport that we saw advertised at Essex Prestige. I thought they were good, they answered all of our queries and took us for a test drive and would definitely recommend them.
