I'd rate my experience a 5 simply because the car was well kept and in immaculate condition when I bought and mainly because of the fact the whole process was incredibly straight forward and hassle free. I will definitely be coming back in the future to purchase my next car for sure!!

I got the Land Rover Defender from Essex Prestige as a toy to use on the weekends, I came across them on Autotrader as I read it like a book and like how they handle their vehicles, the service they provided was spot on, I’ve already recommended them.

Over the moon with the Audi RS 3 from Essex Prestige. I was a bit disappointed with the alloys, as they started peeling but I'm not sure if that was due to the heat, however the car is lovely, they were all sound down at the dealership, I'd give them 10/10, i'd go back there

The service and customer service down at Essex Prestige was very good, my only complaints are they put the V5 in my name instead of my wife's, and i'm having to change the pads at the front of the car but overall they were very professional

I've had four cars from Essex Prestige so far, and every time the service is brilliant, my family goes to them also! I would definitely recommend them

I’m loving the Ford Ranger from Essex Prestige, the buying process was good they helped a lot. There were a few minor scratches on the vehicle I feel they could have been more forthcoming about but overall I’m happy with my experience
