Bought my first electric car, an Audi E-Tron, from Essex Prestige. The guys there were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I honestly cannot fault them in any way. I would happily spend a bit more money on a car at this dealership based on this past experience.

I found the Volkswagen Amarok online, which was advertised at Essex Prestige. I've done plenty of driving since the purchase in October, and there is nothing to criticise. When I first bought the car, there was an issue with the sports bar, but credit to the dealership, I found a part online, and they sent me the money for it and helped me get it sorted quickly.

My daughter found the car and has been driving it mostly, she has been enjoying it. We went to the dealership together and went through the buying process, which I would give 4 stars.

Really enjoying the Discovery I bought. There was a slight hiccup with a part that needed ordering for the light in the back, but other than this, I was happy with the whole process.

I have done about 500 miles since purchasing the Ford Transit Custom. Not had any issues with the van or the service at the dealership. no reason not to give it full marks.

Overall I am very pleased with Essex Prestige. I had been looking for a long time for the right Defender and soon came to the conclusion that it was going to be Essex Prestige that I would eventually buy my new car from because of the quality and fair pricing of their vehicles. I would rate them a 4, the only reason I would not give them a 5 is because of two reasons. Firstly my defender is fitted with a Ghost immobilizer and should have come with an owners card to allow you to override it when in for a service or valet or change the pin if required, it didn't come with this card and so I need to contact Ghost to do this myself. Secondly my Defender is fitted with a light pod which I can't seem to get to work although from advertising photos I can see that they should work. I have phoned Essex Prestige twice and so this is ongoing to try to resolve the small problem with this. I think maybe these two issues should have been dealt with before sale other than these small issues I am so so happy with my quality car from Essex Prestige. Thank-you

The car has been alright since buying it, other than a chip in the windscreen which I was not aware of, and as I didn't take the extended warranty out, I will have to resolve it myself. I dealt with Peter at the dealership, he was bang on. I have even sent 2 people to him to get a car from him. I felt the manager was a bit pushy on selling the extras, so for that reason I would give it 4 stars.
