I fancied a change so the Mercesdes-benz GLB came up through Essex Prestige, which had the specifications I was interested in. It was an informational experience All in all.

Really good Volkswagen Polo! Essex Prestige seemed legit and seemed to have some really nice cars. Everything was all professional with there service.

Everything has mostly been good to be fair with the Land rover defender I brought. There is a couple of bits that is going to need to have some work done to it but all good mostly.

The Audi SQ5 was mainly a replacement for my old one. I saw it through Autotrader which contained the spec I was looking for. The process as a cash buyer was quite smooth and everything went quite well in the end. I do appreciate how they helped to resolve all issues however responsive communication with the emails would have been better.

All good with the Audi other than the door stopped working but that got all sorted. My husband brought from previously and they were really good. The quality of the cars stands out and the fact you don’t get any pressure from them.

The service from Essex Prestige was professional. The Mercedes I purchased is fine overall, I did have a few issues with it, but I expected that with second hand cars. I did think though the service could have been a little bit quicker.
