My BMW is absolutely wicked. I had an X5 about four years ago but regretted getting rid of it, so I've been looking for another one ever since. This one ticks all the boxes it wasn't too far away, it was a great price, and it was the best looking one I found online. I haven't done any long trips yet, but it's very comfortable, and I'm finding any excuse to go out in it. Dylan was brilliant and spot on throughout the whole process. I called to arrange a viewing and put a deposit on the car. Dylan was very understanding and happy to wait for me to sort out the money. Once I did, I headed back down to collect it. I've already recommended Essex Prestige to people I know, and next time I want a car, Essex Prestige will be the first place I look.

My Mercedes has been brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My son originally got a car from here and recommended them to me, so I decided to give them a try. The lads were great, I found them to be very helpful and attentive. They even sent over the agreed parts, like the engine cover and seat switch, without any issues. It was a great experience overall and they couldn’t do enough for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

A month on, and my first electric car is going great! I’m slowly getting used to the electric life, although I think there's still a long way to go with the electric side of things, it's been good. Honestly, the experience was incredible. I handled most of it via WhatsApp, which was ideal with my busy work schedule. The team was fantastic and kept me reassured throughout the process. The car came with a warranty, and I’m just waiting for that to come through. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star experience!

Really satisfied with the overall service I got from this company. What I really liked was that there was no pressure, I was left alone to look over the car, taking what time we liked. I felt all questions about the car were answered. There were a couple of things that needed doing before we picked the Mercedes up, which were done satisfactorily. We are chuffed to bits with our new Audi A3 and so far its going well. Really chuffed with the customer service we received, all of the paperwork was clearly explained on the day and I've recently had the log book through so now there isn't anything outstanding.

I've had my Ford Ranger for about a month now and so far it's been a good bit of kit. I don't tend to do any long trips but it's getting used daily with no issues, so I can't complain. Great service from the team, I would have loved a cup of coffee but I won't knock the rating down because the guys did a good job.
