This is my first time using Essex Prestige and as a whole it was a positive experience. The staff are friendly and on hand to answer any questions.

Dylan was great in helping me when I bought my VW Tiguan from Essex Prestige. Would recommend and happily buy from them again in the future if the right car came up there.

I would rate you's a 4. As the experience itself was great, however a full check over of the vehicle more thoroughly could have been done as the washer fluid pump for the window does not work.

4 - Few after sales issues which I had to chase on but in the end were resolved. Happy with the car!

I'm loving my Mercedes from Essex Prestige! All the staff that work at this dealership are really nice and friendly and help in anyway they can. I would buy another car from them in the future and I have already recommended to my friend and would continue to do so.

I am a returning customer to Essex Prestige, after my friend recommended me to them some time ago- It has been a good recommendation! The most recent vehicle I bought from them is a Mercedes C Class, its running really well and honestly I love it! The lads down at Essex Prestige are bang on and look after you well. Ill defiantly be buying from them again, I have my eye on the Urus so hopefully that's my next purchase.

When buying the Mercedes X Class back in March, I found the customer service good and the vehicle itself is in good order, the tracking was off but not something major and I got this sorted. I would feel comfortable to recommend them based on my experience and would be happy to return in the future.
