Based on an advert on Auto-trader i tried to visit this business. When i finally arrived (no actual signage to say who or where there were) behind various low grade industrial units i asked if this was Essex Trade Sales, both so called sales people immediately were on the back foot and both tried to fob me off with slightly different company names. This business is exactly how you might expect a murky second hand car dealer to be. I felt quite uneasy and decided to leave. Take my advice and dont visit this possibly fake outfit. Or pay 100% by

car was mot on the 6th july the 10th july i got the car handbrake not working brakes squeaking chipped windscreen.

got the car problems right away handbrake don’t work brakes squeaking. back and forth to essex problems not solved. the wheel fell off not that long after one of its trips to essex luckily was on a 20mph road with my missus driving and kids in the car. wheel bent arch a bit i put it back on and seemed to be fine. finally the car was picked up after i refused to pay. i was using it for work sent it back dirty didn’t get time to clean. and now it’s gone back the suspension as fell apart and i’ve been accused of tampering with the car to make the wheel fall of to cause damage to the car. the car was still being driven for over a month after the wheel come off. now the car is a write off and they’re trying to make me pay for the car. absolute dodgy car sales didn’t wanna take the hit so have tampered with the car. even the finance company seems to believe them like acting strange about it. meant to be sending me photos of the suspension sticking out of the arch 😂 they never come funny that

I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from Essex Trade Sales Ltd last month and I love the car. I am a key worker and needed it to commute to work. The staff at Essex Trade Sales were very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot thank them enough.

Dont even bother using this company. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My girlfriend brought a vehicle it had a problem straight away when she arrived home and ever since she had been lied to. Vic said would take the car back and fix it he had it for 2 and half weeks and told us he had all the parts to fix it but the garage had now closed due to lockdown (which was the first lie because the garages was open). Since then we heard nothing from him and we then took the car back and returned it 2 months later after finally getting hold of him. He has now had the car nearlly another 2 weeks and told us it was in the garage getting fixed and had been stripped apart when we could see from the tracking app the car had not even moved from his yard. He has repeatedly lied to my partner about the status of her car and we are still waiting to recieve it back. When I speak with him on my partners behalf he accuses me of bullying him when he is an outright lier and we have caught him out many times. Stay away from essex trade sales.

I brought a car from Essex Trade Sales and between 3 months. The car had so many complaints and my unfortunate case at 7 mths the car break down on the A406. The dealer take no responsibility he just said you are over the warranty. I should of known when his site state call before coming to view. I dont want no one to go through what i am going through.
