AVOID AVOID AVOID this company falsely advertising cars with features that are not on the vehicles promising repairs and full refund if not fixed. Backwards and forwards to their garage to fix said repairs saying been done but hadn’t then refusing refund after it had been promised to eventually refunding but minus £400 for mileage which was taking the car backward and forwards to them !!!! Not a reputable company I’d urge anyone to re consider if buying from these jokers beware!

I’ve recently part exchanged my BMW for a Mercedes, I’ve honestly had nothing but bother with this car. In total I’ve had the car approx 5 months and my hand has never been out of my pocket, paying for oil change, battery, break pads and now to find I need 2 new tyres. The aftercare is shabby and vague responses given. This garage is daylight robbery. Buy at your own peril

DO NOT USE THESE TO PURCHASE A CAR!!!!! Shocking!!!!! How they can get away with selling you a car to then find out within 3 months it needs over £15k of repairs done too it!!!!! Dodgy MOT’s passed with no advisories, just to get the car of the showroom!!!!! Audi health check confirmed the vehicle is not road worthy, the brake line was rubbing on the suspension… this could of been a families death on your hands!!!!!!!! This matter will be taken further, I’m disgusted at the lack of help from you and the finance company also. We are now stuck paying for a car that needs £15k worth of repair and isn’t drive able !!! DO NOT USE THESE TO PURCHASE A CAR!!!!!

Bought my car in May. Been nothing but trouble. Repairs under warranty..... Door had to be resprayed as touched up damage started to rust. Gas struts replaced because the boot wouldn't stay up when opened.. Rear parking sensors replaced as they weren't working. I broke down... Spark plugs needed replacing. ONE MONTH OUT OF WARRANTY..... Door resprayed again as the bubbles reappeared (free of charge) THERMOSTAT HOUSING, BOX TAILPIPE, TAIL PIPE... ALL NEEDED REPLACING.. £400 A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS..... ONLY HAD THE CAR SEVEN MONTHS..... EUXTON SPORTS AND PRESTIGE DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW..... GO TO A REPUTABLE GARAGE..... NOT THIS ONE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS WARRANTY ENDED. YOU EXPECT A FEW HICCUPS WITH A USED CAR BUT THE AMOUNT OF THINGS WRONG ON MY CAR WAS RIDICULOUS.... ALL FIXED NOW.. TOOK IT TO A LOCAL CHORLEY GARAGE.... WOULDN'T TRUST EUXTON SPORTS AND PRESTIGE TO FIX IT. NO STARS... WORSE THAN TERRIBLE!

Bought an Audi A6 from Euxton Sports and Prestige with a "new MOT". Returned the car within the week due to brake issues. As soon as there was a problem they didn't want to know and I had to get a second opinion. On further inspection, the front lower suspension bushes were badly split, front discs were corroded and the parking brake control module was proven faulty. After much stress and hassle, Euxton Sports and Prestige agreed to send the car to their "specialist" who confirmed the faults and attempted the repairs. On collection I had the car re-inspected to find the front suspension was barely attached. The sales staff were insulting and the service staff were of no help at all. The managing director has not had the courtesy to reply to my recorded letter of complaint. Avoid at all costs!!!
