Avoid this dealership. I bought a car from them last year and it was riddled with problems from day one. They refused to stand over any of the issues. To make matters worse, I’ve now discovered that a year later the car was never transferred into my name. This is the legal responsibility of the dealership under DVLA rules, not the customer’s. Because of their failure, I received fines for having no tax — and I never got the DVLA reminders, as the letters were being sent to the wrong address. When I rang to resolve this, I was promised a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. After being repeatedly put on hold and hung up on, I eventually got through using another number. The manager I finally spoke to was dismissive and told me it was my fault, even though their negligence created the situation in the first place. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no protection as a buyer. If you think buying from a dealership gives you more security than going private, think again.

I never felt pressured into anything and came away the same day in my new car. Very happy and relaxed atmosphere and attitude. Very refreshing, I would use this company again in the future.

ok i know its been a while since i bought this car Nissan juke 2014 deisel stop and start..been driving this car not knowing it had wrong battery in car i thought they did a full inspection before you buy. to top it all had to replace all 4 tyres after the first 2 -3 months after buying which i told sdviser they needed replacing .i made sure i didnt pay for.i bought in 19 /11/2019. all i say if buying from this dealership.get expert advice before buying.

Bradford RD, Batley, used car dept Bought a 61plate in Jan 2019. They had used "Duct tape" directly on the front headlight bulbs to straighten them after it failed MOT for light misalignment. Of course the heat melted the tape, dropping the bulb and making a huge mess, melting all the area it was held. It was not till last month when checking previous MOTs online that i got proof it was done at Ford Batley. Not spoken to them about it, and do not want to. Please do your research before buying from these, check previous MOTs and ask what work has been done. I didnt, and it cost me a new set of headlights and 2 headlight alignments.

We visited to look at and test drive a Fiesta. Problem started when they were sorting out our insurance for the test drive and were told my husband’s insurance wouldn’t go through, We had a test drive the day before at another branch with no problems, (not sure if it had anything to do that the guy was discussing his own car on the phone while he tried to set it up. We were told that it couldn’t be sorted!) After a word with the manager they were able to sort it and we went out on the test drive. On return we asked a couple of questions about another car on site and the salesman told us to google it! When we challenged him and said that was his role he told us he didn’t like our attitude and that he was calling it a day!! No interest in selling us either car we were interested in. We went back to the manager who listened to us regarding the attitude of this salesman he was very apologetic and said he would look into it and get back to us. He seemed very reasonable. However rather then the manager calling us back 2 days later we got a different salesman asking if we wanted to buy the car and that he had heard we’d had a bad experience with Dan but was hoping he could change our mind about how we had been dealt with. I appreciate it is a sellers market at the moment but common courtesy goes along way. We bought a car else where. Also note the prices on forecourt were both higher than advertised on autotrader website.
