Yesterday I took delivery of a new Ford Fiesta Trend from Evans Halshaw Blackburn - this was the third new car I have purchased from them in recent years and the customer service and satisfaction provided was of the highest standard. I contacted Evans Halshaw Blackburn almost at the start of the Covid19 pandemic which wasn't ideal but the support, advice and sheer professionalism of the Lead Sales Executive, Adam Loonat was exemplary. Adam's commitment and attention to detail together with his caring approach made the whole experience worthwhile and problem free. Throughout the process, Adam kept me fully appraised at every stage and when he returned from lockdown he contacted me on his very first morning back at work, which was very much appreciated. Adam did an outstanding job in difficult circumstances and I am happy to recognise his performance in this way. DO NOT USE. Not only do you not get your money back when you put a deposit down, a man called Ivor is particularly rude and extremely arrogant. There's so many more car dealerships to use than these, please avoid Evans Halshaw Ford in Blackburn at all cost.

Just bought my 5th new car from Evans Halshaw Blackburn and again fabulous service from start to finish. The staff are friendly and helpful and I use the service department where I find that they are second to none. Would always return to this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. 5 stars all the way!

I have bought 4 cars from Evans Halshaw Ford in Blackburn and the service as always been excellent. I called in to have look at the cars and ended up buying another one. But i would like to mention the service i got from Adam, what a brilliant person he is. he was very professional at his job well mannered and very informative. He made it so easy for me to get another car. And the support he got from the manager Matt was second to none they are a credit to the dealership.
