This vauxhall dealership has changed hands to a different parent company in the last 12 months and as a result is no longer fulfilling its obligations to customers since the change. I had a service for a vehicle as part of PCP obligations which caused a tyre pressure fault when the rear passenger tyre was changed. As part of this fault I have tried at multiple times in the last year to get the tyre pressure system fixed as part of the warrenty following the service but after being delayed by the representatives at the service centre, they are now no longer fulfilling the contractual obligations in which this dealership has taken ownership from. Alistair, a customer rep in the services department was very non-chalent in his understanding of my issue with the long-term problem I had been having with my vehicle and did not seem to care whatsoever. He happily explained to me that he would not honour any contract by the previous dealership owner and that the custom of returning clients is not important to his work. I would steer clear from this dealership if this the the customer experience that we should be expected to recieve. I pay for a monthly PCP on a vehicle that is covered by warrenty but these establishments would make you believe that you are still underpaying for a lackluster quality of service that causes fault without rectifying them whatsoever. My frustrations are also with the organisers of the takeover of the dealership who think that shirk responsibility of maintaining vauxhall services especially with established clients like myself. All I have asked for is for rectification of the mistake that the previous dealership has caused and they will not comply. Additionally, the only other dealership is the centre in Falkirk so be happy to travel an additional 40 miles to get services that this dealership should be obligated to provide. I look forward to seeing how the dealership and car financing industry adapts to car electrification as they will have less slimey ways of squeezing money out of customers when the industry is standardised across the board

I tried to buy a used car with cash, no trade in and it was all agreed including, for logistical reasons, I could not see the car (I live on another island in UK - logistically impossible this time of year) and could it be delivered to Aberdeen. Yes, fine. And then ....... A load of obstructive reasons why the car couldn't be sold to me as I could not be there in person, all easily overcome but no. Manager was rude and abrupt, talked down to me like I was 12yo. They lost themselves a sale. I bought similar vehicle from another dealer nearby who said "yes, no problem" to all my requests. They have my custom.

Organised a sell my car appointment online. Kept me waiting 30 mins to tell me the system was down and they couldn't do it. I asked if I could leave the car and come back later. They said no. Just told me to rebook online. I did rebook for the other one, it allowed me to book, sent me a valuation and a reminder. I got there and they told me they're not buying any cars. Absolutely joke and waste of a day. Avoid at all costs.

Was a loyal customer, all four of my family bought cars from here, issues with 3 out of 4. Recalled and can't be fixed 3 times to garage. Myself 4 cars in total and never again, managers so rude and won't give you an opportunity to talk but you have to listen to them. They don't pay your settlement after 12 calls they show you they have. They won't apologise or admit it's their fault even when they have the company with all details in front of them. You end up paying for 2 cars so your out of pocket again. Please don't waste your time and hard earned cash.
My Astra was recalled for the master cylinder, at first everything with the dealership was fine but after 3 months of phone calls and emails my car remains at Sighthill as they now say they are waiting on a part, hard to believe when they are the main dealer in Edinburgh for Vauxhall , I am sick and tired of excuses and don't seem to be getting anywhere even though I got a call last week to guarantee that my car was being repaired first thing Monday morning and would take 2 days, called again today took 15 minutes to get an answer , only to get the same story again , customer care is shocking and once I eventually get my car back I will try not to use them again , as I say shocking service. Reserved a car with intentions of viewing and then purchasing but reservation payment was refunded on the same day due to the fact an incompetent admin staff had failed to remove the car from the website after it had been sold. 10/10 would not recommend
