Where shall I start??? I attended Evans Halshaw , Middlesbrough looking for a used vehicle where I was met with my sales person Dalton Halliday ( aka Doc) whom I informed I was looking specifically for an electric vehicle and more so a Peugeot e208. When came along his Manager Rob Bloxham a rootin tootin gun slinger whom told me about a new Vauxhall Corsa that was on the same platform as the e 208 and available. Nothing was to much for Rob whom ensured that the vehicle that was on stands was taken down in a proper gun slinger fashion, with that 50yard stare and his candy cigarette he ensured that I went on a test drive. Well the test drive went fantastic and I was more than pleased with the price and accepted their deal. On the day of collection Rob being the Sheriff (aka Manager) ensured that the handover was absolutely seemless adding humour and making the experience something that you would expect from such a national company. Joking apart I can not fault the level of professionalism, quality of service that made it such a personal and enjoyable experience with quality customer service that you would expect when buying a new vehicle.. Absolutely a 10/10 level of service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car, simply outstanding! Thank Rob..

Went to buy a used car, met Anthony, salesman. Explained to him what I wanted and after a couple of minutes he found me a car which was ideal. He explained how it would take a couple of days to receive the car which it did. Absolutely brilliant service,

My daughter bought a Renault twingo for £5500 cash from our savings we took it back after a couple of weeks with a knocking noise and whirring from engine plus oil filter was broke and exhaust was loose we got car back after a few days they had fixed oil filter but noise in engine was still there when asked they told me it was common in these cars as engine was in back of car but everything was safe so trusted them and thought nothing of it then 7 months later the engine timing chain snapped which had only been replaced 18,000 miles ago the RAC who recovered the car said my daughter was lucky not to be fatally injured as she was parking the car at the time so went into see Evans Halshaw management and was told “ well we should have bought a 2yr warranty” and told us there not gonna do anything with the car as we haven’t got a leg to stand on there words not mine.

I called into the Evans Halshaw Vauxhall dealers in Middlesbrough on short notice just to look around the cars in stock. on Friday 15/07/22. I was engaged in conversation with the salesman Andrew Cumming and he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as we spoke about cars in general and then he was very helpful when I showed interest in a BMW X4. I was taken for a test drive by Andrew and was suitably impressed with the car to the point that I ended up doing a deal which gave me a fair price for my car and I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car to try this dealership.

I've never bought a car from Evans Halshaw before, but I certainly will come back as I found the service excellent. Rob Bloxham was very helpful and especially very patient with me, as I couldn't make up my mind which year or model of car I was looking at. He took his time to show me round the dealership and show me every car I enquired about till I eventually made my decision plus I never felt pressured into buying any of the extras which he went through with me. In the end I got a beautiful car, with new mats and petrol thrown in, and also had a delicious hot chocolate while I signed on the dotted line. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you
