I Went to have a look at a Vauxhall Cascada at Evans Halshaw Treforest this morning it was on the forecoat priced at £8991.00 i asked a salesman if i could have a look at it so after looking at it I asked him for a price for part exchanging mine so he said it would take about 20 mins to 30 mins for him to give me a price so we went into the showroom and he told me the the price of the car was £9550.00 on the internet so i asked him hows that when the car was priced up for £8991.00 on the forecourt he said the prices go up and down what a rip off i told him if thats the way they do buissness i hope nobody buys cars from them total rip off.

We decided to take this as a warning sign not to deal with Evans Halshaw Ford Treforest and leave, only to see the car we asked to take a closer look at still on the forecourt. If there was a reason why they could not show us the car I would have appreciated a truthful answer, however if they are prepared to lie about something as trivial as this, goodness knows what else they try to get away with. Please stay away from this garage if you want to be free of hassle!

What an horrible place Evans Halshaw Ford Treforst is. Filled with lair's and cheats they will fob you off with lots of excuses even the manger use at your own peril. Would have liked the option to leave no stars at all, but form will not allow.

Appalling customer service. vehicle went in with orange warning light, left with red warning lights. rude avoid at all costs !!!
