Firstly got to give a top score to Ryan who looked after me purchasing my new Q8, Non pushy but explained all the pros n cons with honesty. Gave a great teade in price for my Q7 and honoured that price. Deal had to be done . On pick up I had a little glitch with my bank in that I had exceeded my daily transaction limit but with a little adjustment we managed to get the payment thru. Firstly I appreciate I went during the C19 outbreak to start with... However I took my car for a major service here as I'm a key worker and need my vehicle in good order, I travelled 80 miles to this garage due to it being the only one open in the region, i waited an hr or so which i guess is about normal for a while you wait, however when I took the vehicle i had to turn the vehicle around half way home due to the handbrake being bound on due to adjustment made during the service, in fairness to the mechanism they quickly rectified the problem and I was on my way again. Once returning home I realized I hadn't been given any paperwork whatsoever as I bought the car new I want to keep a full service history portfolio once challenged I requested all the relevant documents be forwarded to me which they where I then learned they had added 10000 miles to my odometer reading so I rung up again and got left hanging for over an hr on the end of the phone for somebody just to pick up and put it straight back down ABSOLUTELY SHICKING CUSTOMER SERVICE I DOND RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYBODY !!!!!!!
