Impressed with the speed it was delivered to my home address while I was kept informed the entire time. Will definitely be back for my 5th car.

Got my Jaguar XF in March 2020 they had it back 11 times trying to fix it on the cheap no customer service the worst dealership ever tells lies very bad service all way round

Sent a vehicle for inspection, repair and for a recall done. No phone call when it will be completed, told different things when i called, one said it was under inspection the next day i was told it had not been looked at. Once you eventually get through your are just fobbed off.

Just bought a used Peugeot 5008 from Evans Halshaw Citroen in Rotherham and was very happy with the service. I had been looking for this particular car for some time and they found this car for me and were very happy to bring it from the other end of the country within a few days. I got a good deal including warranty and a service plan and at all times I was treated with respect and kept informed by a very friendly and efficient sales person Thank you Josh I would certainly recommend this dealership and the staff who helped me buy this car. Have just purchased a used Mercedes E Class from Evans Halshaw Rotherham and the whole process was excellent. The prices are fixed so don't be disappointed that you cannot negotiate a discount. However, the prices are very competitive to start with. There is also a £99 additional fee but this seems to be common practice on many dealerships. I strongly suggest you ring before travelling any distance as the stock was being sold quickly and a family arrived to buy the car I was purchasing. The car was presented well, test drive was good and although I had a subsequent fault this was rectified by Rotherham quickly and efficiently (unlike my local Beverley branch who were downright rude). I am used to dealers trying to wriggle out of warranty work but this didnt occur to me on this occasion and it was a pleasant surprise. I would definately buy from this branch again.
