Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in St Albans are so rude and a big lier. I called to inquire a BMW and when asked questions about some information that adviser sounded that he did not want to answer and said it is not possible to offer move car which was available on website. Also I asked about MOT since only two months left he said they would not do any MoT and it will come with 2 months MOT it does not matter what he says on website. Also he said he would call me to discuss further for business but despite my calls he never answered. Their head office is same and they are one of the worst in customer care and never help potential consumer. I guess they are doing good business and not interested with new customer. Very disappointed with a company of that name.

Our experience of the Evans Halshaw St Albans dealership was absolutely shocking. They did not deliver the service expected and they tried to keep money that was rightfully ours. They made promises they didn't keep and got our details wrong. The staff do not respond to e-mails or phone calls and use underhand tactics to extort money from people. DO NOT USE.
