Great customer service from Ayleshia

Purchased a Fiesta ST Line from Evans Halshaw at Walsall, car had done only 31,000 miles. Within 10 days the battery failed - tried to get hold of the rep that sold me the car, told not in today, back tomorrow - called the following day, not in, back next week, ignoring emails. Eventually spoke to her manager who asked me to forward the receipt for the replacement battery, and my bank details... apprx 5 days later after forwarding the details the original rep emailed and ask for the same details again. Payment eventually made. Further issues with the car, rumbling noise when stopping the car, hard to push down on the clutch, and also sounds like a wheel bearing noise when driving. The windscreen water bottle had no water in, when checking a few days after buying the car - which suggests this company don't do any basic / or any checks on the car before sale, just want your money. I left this review on another website - for Evans Halshaw to reply its down to "training" of their staff! - doesn't really help the end customer after buying a crap car from them, surely as a main Ford dealer the customer would expect more, but clearly not

Needed to sell car quick as have one on order and was recommended by a friend to ask for Shea and could not thank him enough for how much he did for me in such short notice would recommend him to anyone.

Bought a used car through Shea and he couldn’t have made it any easier for me. He also kept in contact to check how I was getting on with the car which I really appreciated. Really good customer service.

Went to the Walsall branch and sold my car to Tom in 45 mins absolutely no problem quoted the price over the phone but when i got there gave me extra £ 100.00 due to the excellent condition of car .tom was brilliant from start to finish could not have made it any easier . thanks tom. PS my wife though tom looked very smart and extremely professional.

Wouldn't say it was a great experience but we got there in the end. Dayton was our salesman didn't try to rush us into a sale. Thanks
