Visited Evanshallshaw Vauxhall’s wolverhampton - awful awful customer service ! Visited to get a vehicle quote to sell my car on the 29th June 2018 appointment booked in advance for 13:00 pm. Arrived and greeted by other sales reps standing in a circle talking about other staff members . After a while at 12:50pm had to politely interrupt them for aknowlent for our appointment. Which was advised to sit in the waiting room and help myself to hot or cold beverages . The waiting area was covered with flys dead and alive flying around landing on drinks machine, condiments and water cups. Therefore I just sat and waited to be seen ..13:30 pm still waiting .. staff waking up and down .. not seeming to be doing a lot other than coming in to the managers office asking where the other two female staff are as they keep wandering off and not doing any work . 14:00 pm Still waiting to be seen asked if the member of staff who I was booked in with knew I was here .. I was advised yes and they will be with me soon . Still sitting in the waiting room trying to bat away the flys from landing on me . A trainee came over to start my quote . 14:30 pm was told to wait back in the waiting area and the original sales rep would be with me in the next 15/30 mins .. by 15:15 pm I had enough and left . Very poor customer service .lack of structural organisation within the company . Avoid at all costs visiting this dealership . A poor guy sat next to me waiting 2.45 hours just to pay for his car while staff stood round in a circle talking about other staff who had wandered off . Don’t waste your time !
