Best ever I got very good car I’m so happy thanks to everyone at Evoque Motors.

Let me start by telling you my experience absolutely terrible the cars are not as described Vehicle not fit for purpose infact not road worthy that I have nearly lost my life 3 times in this crap heap of a car . I bought a BMW 1 series although older model you would expect it to be road worthy upon getting the car I was given a courtesy car until they could get the car ready upon paying a deposit and returning a week later they had not got the car ready they was suppose to do a list of jobs to car still not done 3 months later but promised to put right on my sales invoice but because I had just split up with my partner through domestic violence which was really bad and in the hands of the police this dealer thought it was ok to mess me about due to my ex partner going down to the business and telling them to take my car off me and scare the living daylights out of me and report this to the police and have then in the vicinity so that I had protection whilst I was at this garage Police logs obtained !! Upon driving the car away but not really apparent until got the car on a good run that the back end of the bmw was all over the road you could not go over 30 miles without the car throwing you all over the road or into the path of incoming car I rang them about this had to wait for a courtesy car which did not come about due to the threat of my ex partner telling a lot of lies and telling them they had to take the car off me I went back with evidence from the police whom was dealing with the ex partner of mine I had to sit and wait while they took a look at the shock absorbers and springs and bushes to be told to go back a week later only to find out wrong parts ordered and the car was very dangerous, I questioned how this car had passed its mot not even a copy of the mot only old to go online or a copy of the warranty The car was dangerous to drive not road worthy also this dealer had still not ordered parts in to sort which he promised to sort at sale as long as I paid full price False misrepresentation vehicle not fit for purpose due to faults on this car Thursday night after 8 hours with the AA and tow company and the police I took this car on friday to my local garage they told me not road worthy too dangerous to drive and it goes into limp mode due to loss of power engine light on, also thermometer, and losing water out of the water resoirvoir on the back of all this I have gone to the consumer act protection 2015 and trading standards, and now DVSA to request as advised by legal advise to get a complaint in against the mot and get DVSA out through VOSA to get this car inspected and re tested and now left with no vehicle and trading standards ready to get involved and I have initiated steps to take through the small claims court with also my consequential cost out of pocket to For a vehicle not fit for purpose To get me from A to B safely, the list is endless on this car with problems that it is criminal and that have on Saturday night reported too to the police . The dealers response now is your car is out of warranty !!! like it is the problems started within the warranty, also they told me the AA dont know what there talking about with cars I have sent my full and final response to them with a paper trail as advised by trading standards I await now for DVSA and Vosa to get in touch for the re test and inspection and for trading standards to pay them a visit and the police then with all the evidence I will start my court proceedings through the solicitors tomorrow The only thing good enough is my money back now or it will be money back through the courts and costs Please be very careful as my experience has been so shocking to say the least This is an honest opinion with my experience

I travelled over 2 hours to pick up my vw caddy from Evoque Motors that I had left a deposit on.. Got there and the van was as described if not better and the owner and his son are so welcoming and full of humour and manners they make buying the car an absolute pleasure.. loved every minute of being there and hope there business continues to grow.. Would definitely look on there site again and travel up there to buy from them without a shadow of a doubt if they have something in the future... All the best paul milner....

I bought a car for my daughter's 18th from here, at nearly £1500 it might not seem a lot of money to the garage but to me it was. After a couple of days I had to take it back for an engine management light coming on and also a banging noise on it, I was told by the owner he wasn't spending a penny on this car as I got it so cheap, not the answer I was expecting, i told him the law in regards to new purchases to which they were supposed to have then fixed it, a week later same problem, took it back and when my daughter checked the mileage 19 miles had been put on, I rang them to complain but was given a poor excuse, in summary I think because I didn't spend 4k or 5k they weren't interested.

I bought my car in September 2016 and have waited until now (May 2017) to leave a review, incase anything went wrong after purchase and to make sure my review is accurate. I can say though, this car was definitely a bargain, and the service we received was super helpful. We got a really good price for the mileage, though the car had some cosmetic defects (which were not hidden, by the way) - i.e. the alloys were damaged, and there was some wear on the rear seats due to a baby seat. This wasn't something that bothered us, though. There were a few none-cosmetic problems, though these were rectified, or we were advised. The bonnet lock had frozen and was replaced with a new one, for which we were given the key. The cigarette lighter plug was not working and we were informed of this beforehand and assured it was only a fuse replacement that was required. We were happy with this, and on replacing the fuse, the cigarette lighter worked as promised. There was a clip missing from a compartment lid and we were advised on how to replace this. I think the garage would have fixed these issues themselves in the coming week but we were eager to drive the car away that day. Anyway, the car has suffered from no problems since we bought it, and that's included during the winter (which quite often brings up problems due to cold and damp). It's been a great runner and we're super happy with our purchase. Everyone in the garage was helpful, and really friendly. They even gave us a lift to the local pub to kill some time while the lock was fixed, and then picked us up later. Highly recommend Evoque Motors.

I bought a vehicle from Evoque Motors and after about a few days it had a problem I took it back to Evoque they were very helpful and sorted my car out and they even give me a courtesy car to use until my car was ready. Excellent service and a great family friendly environment.
