When I visited Exclusive Motor Company back in July they were crazy busy and clearly short staffed so it was a bit of a rush but they are a small family run business with a lot of cars and they were so pleasant throughout, just a little rushed off their feet. I love my car, I couldn't of found a better car for what I needed and I'm very happy.
Found Exclusive Motor Company to be helpful and had no problems with dealing with them. We had travelled quite a distance to see the car and after finding 2 faults both were sorted no problem as part of the deal.
Hi, I just now spotted this feedback page. I bought an Audi A6 from Exclusive Motor Company and paid for additional cover. A week later the rear parking sensor died and that wasn't covered, I thought ok so I done by myself,no problem.However later on something happened with door it was hard to close, so I rang them again and everything has been sorted quickly. To be honest I haven't any problems with them. I have this Audi one and a half years now and I haven't any problems since with the exception to the above mentioned so I'm feeling positive about Exclusive Motor Company.
I have purchased a vehicle with VAT charged on the price back in January from the Exclusive Motor Company. Ever since then I have been living in a hell trying claim my VAT back from them. They have done everything not to give me a penny back. All sort of delay tactics and excuses. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Someone called Dave (apparently the manager) is very misleading and not a great person to deal with. Taking them to court. STAY AWAY from them is my advice.
This dealer is a cowboy they are crafty and need to be shut down they have no ustomer service skills and with less than 24hrs of bying a vehical it was unfit to drive they refused to take back the vehical and return my money DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICAL FROM THIS DEALER i will be reporting them to trading standards.
Excellent service from the start to finish, car was exactly described by the chap over the phone, was generous enough to collect me from the local train station and once in the office, car was brought to the front for viewing, let me take the car for a test drive by my self. And offered to tax it for me, of course at my expense, but overall a top notch service, got to say they have got some lovely cars in stock. Would certainly buy again

Stay clear is my advice. The clutch went on the way home. This resulted in a £730 bill. The warranty won't cover this, went back they won't pay either. STAY well clear of the Exclusive Motor Company.
This is the worst car dealer I have dealt with. I bought a Mini Cooper in December 2014, wheel bearings have gone, gear box is going, car supposed to have 3 months warranty. I rang warranty up because the car hadn't been serviced since 2011 and the car is over 10 years old. The warranty isn't valid, they sold me a car with invalid warranty thats supposed to come with 3 months parts and labour. I rang them up got a load of verbal abuse. The car isn't road worthy. I'm seeking legal advice as the car shouldn't of been sold to me without a service and an invalid warranty. Poor customer service.
