They sell broken cars, ignore correspondence, refuse refunds. Avoid like the plague.
They made me send all sorts of info about my car and then completely ghosted me and did not let me know how much they would value it.
Unpleasant experience. Agreed on sale, salesman renegotiated on tradein next day upon pickup with some bogus suspension defect that he picked up suddenly. Despite signed contract. The MOT is done inhouse and did not pick up a key issue. Servicing is done in house and is just a stamped piece of paper. It looked like they had not even replaced the oil at the 'full service'. Not what you expect when spending £30k. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. An extremely unprofessional lot they are.

I went to view and test drive a Panamera Turbo and the experience was just terrible. No customer service and the test drive was an absolute joke and lasted about 5 minutes. They clearly didn’t want my money and interesting that a month later the cars are still for sale and I have my £50k to another dealer who provided a great buying experience.

Dear Customer, We remember you well, apologies that you felt this way… I’m afraid test drives are all the same route which is approximately 4 miles, you wanted a 20 mile round trip which I’m afraid is strictly not allowed, we also noticed that your emphasis was mainly on the test drive only rather than anything else.. Hope you found your self another deal and spent your £50k.
Please stay away from this company! I don’t even know where to start! But Alex the manger is never available and is a billy b................. My car has cost me thousands! And the expensive warranty he sold me is useless!! Do not buy a car from this man! His 1 staff member that he has left is also rude! Everyone has left as they don’t quite like what goes on in the establishment! His staffs words! Iv been months with no car. Seems lots of people have had bad experiences! Alex you really must find something your good at other than b.......... your way through life and taking peoples hard earned money. Karma will only come back for you! These people are cowboys STAY AWAY DONT BUY FROM THEM!! A one star was far too generous!!!

No matter what we tried to do we were met with unfair actions from yourself. Most if our staff members have been with us since 2013, so further unfair comments (expected). WE MUST STRESS since 2013 we have sold over 6000 cars with 99.9% customer satisfaction. I’m afraid not all sales are reflected in feedbacks! There are other sites where we have hundreds of positive feedbacks.

They are doing the same to me to brought a car that supposedly had a jerky gearbox spent alot of money as well as the £7800 to buy it turns out it needs a new gearbox I am awaiting trading standards and will be going to the paper I am due to give birth in weeks I have not been using car struggling to do school runs leaving me in agony and I to rely on public transport for hospital appointments
Bought a family car from Exo Prestige which was dangerously faulty. My calls are not returned as well as emails. When I eventually spoke to the boss, Alex, he tried to fob me off! In the hands of solicitor.

Did you get closure on this. I too am having problems with a faulty car from ExoPrestige.
Purchased Range Rover Evoque end of March. The car has had EXTENSIVE DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) issues every 7 to 10 days like clockwork. Has been returned back to Exo Prestige via AA twice and has been to Land Rover TWICE for TWO DPF changes in the last two weeks. Land Rover, AA and legal representatives have confirmed underlying fault with the car and have confirmed that issues are not due to pilot error (I do a lot of motorway driving which is what the car is designed for instead of town driving!). Exo Prestige have had the car back at their showroom for 1 week now - I am still waiting for a FULL REFUND. Finance company are TIRELESSLY attempting to delegate but the process is spitefully being drawn out despite all hard evidence provided. INTERESTINGLY instead of a full refund (which I am legally entitled to), Exo Prestige have offered me the option of swapping the car for another car of my choice from their showroom! Awaiting legal action to commence. Ridiculous. Avoid!!

Horrific, upsetting, taking hard earned money. By Nikolla T | 2 Dec 2018. DO NOT BUY FROM ECO PRESTIGE OR ANY OTHER NAME IT GOES BY !!!! IT HAS A FEW NAMES, Dangerous faulty cars and when you reject the car you bought and ask for your money back you lose !! Had a car from there Audi S6, taken to Audi for a diagnostics omg it needed £3000 spent on it, just to make it safe, AND WE HAVE LOST £1600 , 3 months wear and tear apparently.
