Excellent overall experience at Expert Cars. having viewed similar vehicles at numerous dealers, the vehicle at Expert Cars was very well looked after for the age and at a competitive price. Customer service was outstanding - no pressure in buying and the salesman was very friendly. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Bought a car from here for £2000. After a week of having it the engine light came on. Fair enough the dealer took it to a garage. The garage said that it was 1 of 5 things that could be wrong. The dealer went for a quick fix and the engine light went off. It then came back on the next day. Back to the garage. There was a "small" hole in the exhaust that was setting a sensor off and I was informed that they needed to order a part but the car was safe to drive. I was also 6 months pregnant at this point. I waited over a month for the call to say they had the part. It was over the Christmas period so I expected it to take longer to arrive. Still no call though. I rang the dealer who informed me he was waiting for my call and he had now sent the part back. God only knows why he was waiting for my call when he was the one who was ordering the part. Told him that it wasn't good enough and as if by magic he told me that he had the part and to bring the car in. The day before I took the car in the engine light went off. I took the car any way as if there was a hole in the exhaust it needed fixing. He refused to take it to the garage and instead decided to rag the 1ltr car down the motorway at 85 miles per hour in the snow, with me at 7 months pregnant in the passenger seat. When I asked him to slow down he said that it was fine because he was a safe driver. Skip forward a month and that "small" hole in the exhaust got a whole lot bigger so the car sounded like a tractor, the engine light was back on and there was some very suspicious smells when the car was running. Back to the dealer I went. He had the car for 2 days then said that it was ready to pick up. When I went to pick it up he informed me that they had welded the hole and that it has been welded previously but they hadn't done it right. The exhaust is rusted from front to back so I doubt his welding job is going to last very long. The breaks in the car have squeaked from the day I bought it, the exhaust is rusted from front to back and the engine is making a ticking noise. I now need to get rid of this car as I wouldn't feel safe putting a new born in that death trap. Avoid

I've had no issues with my car from Expert Car Sales. It's been a couple of months now and it's been perfect. It was in great condition when I received it and a very good price. The staff were very helpful. My only issue is that I still don't have the log book but as long as I get it I would recommend this dealership.
