The service by Express Motors London is thankfully unlike any other. I took my partner here to buy a Mini Cooper sb08 plate; blue with white top. The car went wrong almost the day after and they took it in under warranty three times and never repaired it... they kept sending false invoices with no work being completed. It had a serious engine oil leak and petrol pump leak. The car was returned and the garage wouldn’t confirm it for ages which took months to get our money back (like others) and then they wouldn’t refund the warranty and we never did get the money back. Now they have it listed on their website for a grand less than we paid and it proves that the car is an absolute disaster. My partner had such an awful experience with this garage and it had a terrible impact on our relationship, I would certainly not recommend bob or ester as they cheated us out of money and would not repair a car even though under warranty.avoid or pay the price
I had a great experience purchasing my car from Express Motors London. It was even delivered to my home and I had my previously damaged car part-exchanged and collected off my driveway! I couldn’t fault the service and the new car was in a lovely condition when it arrived at my home. Nothing was too much trouble for Esther and the team. Everybody so nice and highly recommended!
Had a wonderful experience buying my car from Express Motors London. Spoke to Bob on the phone but dealt with a lady in the office Esther. No problems with my focus. Went for a test drive with the driver, he didn't say much, but I was just there to check the car. Was a lovely drive. I collected it on the weekend after seeing it on the Monday evening after work. In this time car was checked over and mot certificate given. Great customer service overall bob seemed to know all of his stuff over the phone and Esther had good customer service.

The sales man that was dealing with me when i purchased my Vauxhall Astra from Express Motors was extremely helpful and knowledge. He was able to answer all of my questions and was happy to help. I have had the car since September and I have only had one issue with it which could have been dealt with better but its definitely good value for money. I would very highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Terrible experience. The car was cheap, but now I see why. I've spent lots on repairs already and have only owned the car a few months. Seller is unhelpful in resolving problems, is offering minimal contributions towards the repair. This has been dragging on for months and will probably end in small claims court. Avoid!

I am currently having a similar issue with this dealership. Perhaps you could email me to discuss?
Back in July I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from Express Motors The car was immaculate condition other than the front bushes needed replacing. The car is reasonably good value for money and I have had no other issues with the car but I don't think I would recommend this dealership as the service wasn't all there.

I bought a ford focus from this dealership. and I am not happy with them. They tried to make me pay extra for warranty that should have been included in the purchase and there is an issue with the automatic windows not working properly. The price was okay but not great for the standard of the vehicle and the service.

I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from express motors just over a month ago. The day I bought it I had an issue with the car - an electrical fault with the auto lights. I'm realistic when it comes to cars and then going wrong, it happens and there isn't much you can do, apart from make sure your warranty covers everything (mine didn't). So... I called the dealer, they said that I would need to take it to their Vauxhall specialist. All positive, no real issues with how it was dealt with. I couldn't have asked for much more - they wee trying to fix it. I tried to get the car to the garage they wanted me to use, but they're only open during the week (I work 5 days a week). Three days into owning the car the battery went flat. I instructed express motors to come and pick it up and take it to the garage to get all issues resolved. They agreed, no problem at all. A few days later the car was ready for collection. I was asked to meet the dealer half way between where I live and the dealership. Ok, no problem I just wanted the car back... In driving express motors curtasey car to meet them to pick mine up, it suffered from a catastrophic engine failure. So bad was the fault the car continued to run with out the key...the firebrigade was called... So after the curtasey car fiasco I finally got my car back, of course the fault still existed. It went back to the garage for a further 10 days. I got the car back again and yes, you guessed it the fault still existed. To be fair I could see new parts had been fitted, but obviously not the right parts were replaced. Dealer called and notified of the issue, offered me my money back or we can try to fix it again. He understood that we had been through a tough time with the car. I really liked the car I bought and bought it because I needed it, so I decided to get the garage to have another go at fixing it. A couple of days later the car developed a fault with the sat nav/centre console. I decided to get my money back. Express motors wanted me to pay for the warranty, for some reason or other apparently it was seperate on the invoice and then it was because they upgraded it. Pretty much every time I put an argument forward that I was due all my money back they came back with another ridiculous excuse. I imagine they needed to claw some money back, that they had lost in the times the car had been in the garage. After a long evening siege in express motors I gave in and decided to give them some of the money just to get out of there - it's a pretty grimey depressing office. Would I buy a car from them again - no. But in all the problems I had with the car and getting the full refund, they did give me my PX car back. I don't think that they're any worse or different to other car dealers out there. They're just car dealers trying to earn some money with tight margins. Bob who I guess owns the business is a likeable fella. It's just a shame they don't check the cars over before selling them.

I am currently having an issue with this dealership and would be grateful to hear from you.
Recently bought a Kia from this dealer, I found them on Autotrader and went down to have a look. Fell in love with the car, took it for a test drive and knew from there I wanted the car straight away! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and invited me for an appointment with no pressure. The gentleman I dealt with with actually purchasing and test driving the car was very helpful. I decided to take up the optional 6 months warranty which I haven't had to yet use. My car is running perfectly and I will definitely be heading back to this dealer for a future upgrade!!! Thank you for all your help Express Motors!!!!!!!!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!
