I bought a car in Expressway garage in Glasgow. I was told the car was serviced. To me the car was not serviced . Because of the excitement of driving a new car I took every word this guy said. It was rainy & windy . I never test drove the car because I trusted this guy that was selling this car. Problems 1 car didn't have enough oill , I had to top up the oil not far from the garage .2 one tyre was flat . I had to pump the tyre. When I got home I've noticed that there was an unbearable noise when the steering wheel is on full lock . 3 the steering wheel was very have to turn . Diagnoses - damaged steering power steering pump. I didn't have a car a week because of that. 4 faulty electric pump. Car keeps showing engine sign . 5 now it's in the garage for a broken bush/ something at the back . It's gonna cost £900+ £600 for electric pump + £200 for power steering pump. The staff was rude and sarcastic when I told them about the problems even though they did refer referred me to the warranty company . Personally I would never ever buy car from them again . The reason I say the car was not serviced is that this guy was ticking boxes in front of me in the service book & the car is due to be serviced in this coming October.

SOLD MY DAUGHTER A CAR AND I HAVE NO I DEAR HOW IT PASSED AN MOT! MY BROTHER DEAL WITH CARS AND ONCE THE CAR WAS BROUGHT HOME HE CHECKED IT OVER AND TOLD MY DAUGHTER NOT TO DRIVE IT IT WAS A TOTAL DEATH TRAP! I WANTED HIM TO CHECK THE CAR BEFORE MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT IT BUT KIDS BEING KIDS SHE GOT EXISTED ABOUT THE THOUGHT OF A NEW CAR AND BOUGHT IT BEFORE MY BROTHER COULD LOOK AT IT!! THE HASSLE WE HAVE HAD TRYING TO GIVE IT BACK IS A JOKE! THE PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ! WHEN MY DAUGHTER TOOK ME TO THE PLACE ONE OF THE TIMES WE TRIED TO RETURN IT I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. THE NEXT TIME THESE GUYS GET CUSTOMER SERVES TRAINING WILL BE THE FIRST !! WE ARE NOW STUCK WITH A AUDI THAT IS NOT ROAD WORTHY AND IS GOING TO COST MY DAUGHTER A LOT OF MONEY TO REPAIR AND SELLING IS NOT AN OPPTION! UN LIKE THESE PEOPLE I AM WAY TO HONEST TO SELL ANYONE A CAR LIKE THIS! I COULD NOT LIVE WITH MYSELF IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO THE PERSON THAT BOUGHT IT.
