The first day of owning my Chevrolet from Falcon Carriage Company it started having some issues, however the dealership got it fixed for me on the same day. a month down the line and I've had another issue, which again the dealership fixed. it was all under warranty just worried if theirs any more issues in the future

The service from Falcon Carrage Company was very good. The car was clean and in very good shape and up to now I have only had a couple of small wear and tear issues.. It was clean and in good shape and I would recommend this dealership.

Purchased a Ford back in Feb from Falcon Carriage Company and just went to part exchange after having so many problems with the car. Have learnt car was written off in 2016 I was not told at point on sale total rip off lost over £3000 in 2 months.
I bought a Mercedes from here in August. It was very nice and clean and in really good condition and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I have had no issues with the car at all. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I bought my BMW from Falcon Carriage Company and was very happy with the deal they gave me and were very helpful in after service when my mot ran out. Great car, I would recommend them to any one friends and family.
I purchased a Car from this dealership in May. The service was quite good and I have only had small issues with that car hat have all been sorted however I had to take out my own warranty as I was not offered any at all and the car was very expensive so based on that I probably wouldn't recommend them.

The car could have been cleaner and The engine management light came on not long after I got the car. They have some good cars for good prices but their after care needs to be better.

Discovered that my car had been written off 2011. At no point had the dealer disclosed that piece of information. I blame myself. I needed a car and didn't think to ask. As a result I have scrapped the car and have gone back to buying my cars from Ford.
