AVOID - advertises cars with specs that don’t exist. When challenged after purchase, claim it is AutoTrader’s fault. Reported to Auto Trader and they advised me to report the company to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice! (which I have done). DO NOT TRUST - they will state and say anything to get the sale!

waste of time and money. I bought a car from them, face to face everyone was nice.what followed was not so nice.they delivered the car. when I drove it a few miles, lights started to appear on board. I call them and unfortunately no one knew me anymore. disgusting,It had only been a day since I bought the car.don't be fooled by these people. after a few calls they told me I'm calling the wrong company and they provide me other phone number to call. I was calling the right guy from the start because on the same number I called to arrange the view of the car. After a lot of calls on the second phone number where everyone they transferred me from one to another I get very angry and I call the first phone number again and guess what finally they recognized me. The issues with the car still not done and the warranty company from them they not going to pay for nothing. Do not get involved with this guy's with ani circumstances. Unprofessional and thieves

sold a car in January with issues, tracking was out from the off and was told it was tyre pressure. contacted again a few month later after lock down eased and was confirmed by the mechanic that it was the tracking! messaged the seller twice for advice and have been ignored and also asked mechanic for any suggestions and have been blocked! also been blocked off the seller, Nigel, so that says it all! Highly unprofessional and disgraceful customer service !

I got my Ford Mondeo from here back in September. I have had some issues with it. They dealership said they had fixed it but the problem came back shorty after so I had to go to another garage in the end and pay out 450 to get it sorted. The dealers were nice enough but I wasn't happy with the aftercare.
